I have used them 3 times and they have never failed to be courteous, responsive and willing to do extra to solve the problem. I am 15 time zones away, and I have no concerns what so ever that they will come through for me every time. Well done!

I’ve used this florist many times for years now, and every single experience as been met with wonderful results. All purchases have been well received and expectations and reactions by the recipient were amazed. The way this florist handles substitutions when a purchased product is unavailable, is nothing short of amazing. Each substitution I’ve been given always went above and beyond to make the unavoidable, worthwhile. I recommend for anyone in their service area to use this florist!

Superior customer service
I've been using their services for years to send my girlfriend flowers or other gifts.
I was always very joyful and reliable.
This valentines day the forgot to add the card to the flowers.
Just wrote them an email and the customer service took action immediately and start to investigate.
The card was redelivered on the next day and they added a teddy bear.
I really appreciate that superior customer service.
I really can recommend this company

Great service....exceptional product.
Their website makes ordering easy. It was my 1st time ordering from a company in Thailand to deliver to my girlfriend. They responded quickly to my questions. They took care of my concerns and they delivered the flowers right when I wanted them delivered. Amornrat loved her flowers.

Exceptional Service
I ordered flowers to be delivered next day to a small island in the Gulf of Thailand - I'm in the UK. I didn't think it was going to be possible, but the flowers turned up - a beautiful bouquet - on time and to a little house in the mountains. My partner was overjoyed.
I'm hugely impressed by the exceptional service Forever Florist Thailand provided. It was truly above and beyond. Wonderful.
