Amazing customer service from Nittaya
Amazing experience at Forever Florist Thailand!! I had some difficulties with the payment screen while trying to order from the website, however after communicating with their customer service, Nittaya, was super helpful and offered to manually key in the order and sent me a paypal payment link on email instead.
Flowers sent was beautiful and done on time so I am very thankful for that.
Will definitely ordered again from them any time!!

Big, beautiful bouquet arrived promptly!
I was surprised by the speed and accuracy of the delivery of the bouquet to the remote rural address in Thailand. I added more money to add extra flowers and the final bouquet was really opulent, fresh and beautiful. Would definitely use Forever Florist again!

I purchased flowers for a birthday gift. Accessing the website choosing the right bouquet was a breeze. The flowers were delivered promptly and were beyond my expectations. Not only a beautifully crafted huge bunch of flowers but were delivered with the cutest bear as a free gift that was almost as big as my girl. I have used their services 2 times now.
The actual bouquets in reality look way better than the pictures on their website. They do a great job putting them together. The delivery is prompt & without any hassles.
The cherry on the cake is actually their customer service which is prompt, articulate & empathetic. They generate tremendous goodwill & trust in the company.

Placed an order of flowers and a teddy bear bearing in mind I was in Ireland and my delivery was in Pattaya, I gave an 8pm delivery flowers were delivered on time and the quality was fantastic. Would definitely recommend

Forever Florist had to substitute part of my order due to lack of availability. They informed me of this up front and the "new" product looked beautiful and maybe better than what I ordered. I really appreciate this caring attitude and my wife was real happy when she received the flowers.
