Forever England Reviews 

Being happy with my purchase of a lovely cream bedspread years ago from Forever England, I decided to buy several more and am so pleased I did.

The quilts, pillows and cushions look beautiful and the material is comfortable and soft. I have only used the Constance Soft Pink Patchwork double and single quilts, pillowcases and cushions so far and they look stunning, they have absolutely transformed the room!

One quilt had some loose threads sticking out of seams which made my heart sink but it turned out to be just that, loose threads which were not integral to the quilt.

The customer service I received was impressive … second to none. I live in France and I did have issues on the French end with delivery (rectified as Forever England now uses a different courier). Hannah was outstanding. She willingly worked tirelessly with me to get me my order and was always very courteous and helpful, replying to my emails promptly. I’m not sure many other companies would have put in so much time and energy.

I intend to buy more!

Beth went to great lengths to help me find another cushion to make up a set of four. Eventually I bought the insert and she arranged for the cover to be sent to my home. It arrived 3 days later on a Sunday. Excellent customer service.

Overwhelmingly positive experience. Loved the pieces at the Chelsea Flower Show; quilts arrived promptly the following week. However I changed my mind and switched styles; the company was excellent at the returns and reordering process, even giving me an unprompted discount because my selected style was now on sale. Loved the replacement quilt and cushion covers. Highly recommended

Buyer Beware - these products are missold & cheapest of cheap fabric quality and very poorly made

I bought a king size duvet, two cushions and a continental pillow at the 2026 Chelsea Flower Show stall.

After numerous delays since purchasing in May 2026, a large dirty box clearly marked as entering the UK from Southampton, was delivered this morning.

It was such a huge disappointment. And of course, when I checked the Forever England website, I can see that they do not display trustpilot reviews on their site, or encourage you to leave a review on the card included with the products.

Although the fabric pattern is as lovely as on the website, and same as I saw at the Chelsea Flower Show, the quality of the fabric is the cheapest of the cheap. Worst fabric quality I have ever seen and in fact never seen in any UK bedding/linen stores.

The actual products are poorly sewn, arrived quite crumpled and the cushion inners look of dubious quality too, lumpy and not clear it contains clean flock.

This product is missold as nowhere in the blurb on their webpages, or on the stall at Chelsea on the day, or stated on the product tags with washing instructions does it state where these products were actually made.

Yet, the webpage and the card inserted with the products, pontificates about the beauty of England, the English countryside where the owners have stores in Somerset etc and everything points to this product being UK based and of high-quality.

Of course, at a trade stand on the day at places like Hampton Court Palace, RHS Chelsea etc one does not think to check trustpilot online, or to double check provenance and whether the story one is sold at the RHS stall of a UK family business is actually what one is buying into or that the quality of the products is assured. I will not make this mistake again.

Please consider this before you buy the product. It really is a disappointing, very rough cotton which is see-through it is so thin when you lift it to the light.

I would like to add photos of the actual products but cannot see how to attach on trust pilot. Will do if I can work out how because the photos they have on their website do not show what you will actually receive.

Very happy with Super King bedspread we ordered, good quality and value for money.
It was delivered very quickly.
So pleased that we ordered a second one with a different pattern.

Purchased a quilted cotton bedspread set with two pillowcases worth over £160. The pictures looked stunning.

In reality, however, the bedspread was covered in some sort of fluff. The color was inconsistent with lighter and darker patches. It looked like it was dyed in someone’s bathtub. You could buy this in a street market for £20.

We originally purchased complete bed set at an ideal home exhibition some 6 years ago, still looks brand new , have since purchased 2 more sets for other rooms. It is quite expensive but the quality is superb 👌 and is always commented on when we have visitors. Quite shocked at comments on customer svs , are these customers using forever england website or using 3rd party to order?? I would highly recommend

I bought a white bed spread 12 years ago and have had up to four dogs having the run of the bedroom, it has been washed at least once a week.
It’s in incredible condition considering it’s treatment. I whole heartedly recommend this product

Disappointing- ordered 3 items only two arrived so cannot use when wanted. Not impressed. Wished I’d read reviews before ordering..

If I could give zero stars i would. I paid for a bedspread over a month a go. I've had no updates and you can't get through to them by phone or email because they do not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Just look at the reviews. I am now going to approach my credit card company, who will see the reviews for themselves. Disgraceful. The Chelsea flower show should not be allowing companies who receive trust pilot reviews for poor customer service into their grounds

This company is plainly falsely advertising. We got speaking to a guy running the Forever England stall at an event recently. The pillowcases, cushion covers and bedspreads we were looking at were all made in China? When we asked if anything at the "Forever England" stall wasn't made in China we were told a few of the dresses are made in India (the only thing NOT made in China). Due to China's human rights track record and concerns around product quality my partner and I won't buy products from China - but the fact this retailer calls themselves Forever England feels intentionally misleading. We were disappointed for sure.

Beautiful items, in the Sale ; ordered in the afternoon & arrived FOC next afternoon .
OK maybe stuff can come from China : so do Designer, clothes.
How do you think they do Cotton or Silk ; for the price,
Forever England , is a name : like the people, comes from everywhere.

Bought 2 pairs of gloves at Winchester Christmas market by Millie Mae Dorset, the label said Forever England.
Assumed made in Dorset, England but on unwrapping at home a small label inside says Made in China!
Not impressed and will report to Trading Standards.

Beautiful things for sale and they look like they are good quality , but oh dear their service is awful ... I’ve repeatedly contacted them as I want to buy a bedspread but they quite obviously have no interest in customer service. I am very disappointed but looks like I’ll have to look elsewhere

Ridiculous service. Bought some bedding at Chelsea flower show 2 months ago. I was told after I’d paid it would infact only be ready and arrive by July! End of July is here, no bedding and a customer service number that only takes my details but can’t say “doesn’t know when” I will be called back!? Terrible! Still no bedding 2 MONTHS later!

I purchased some continental cushion cover from Forever England at the Devon County Show and the gentleman told me he would post 1st class on the Monday which was after the show and I have to say I was so impressed as they arrived on Tuesday Morning ...Fantastic service thank you ....
