Me Ordered a Suit Over 9 Days Ago & Me Paid Fer An Express Delivery, But Me Suit Still Hasn't Arrived Yet .... Me Has Tried To Track Me Order Widout Success, As The System is Very Complicated Fer Me, As Me is 70 Years Old & Me Finds The Wording Very Hard To Follow ,,,,

THEY SENT 2 PRE TIED BLACK/ROYAL BLUE ( 2 TONE )BOW TIES AND A BLACK / ROYAL BLUE ( 2 TONE ) CUMMERBUND.

AND CORRECT GOODS NOT SENT OUT FOR A WEEK BECAUSE THEY FORGOT !
HOPEFULLY THIS WAS A 'ONE OFF '

I ordered 6 cravats and 6 cravat pins and 1 set of cufflinks. They arrived quickly and in good condition. If I ever need anything else I will definately look here again.

Ordered 2 suits for my wedding ordered was delayed, told them I needed the suits for the 27th or I would need one sending to a alternative address they said it would be there. Waited in all day no suits. Asked to ship one of the suits to a second address. Refused.

The suits are ok no better then a standard highstreet £99 suit. Better customer service on the highstreet so save your cash

I needed some morning trousers quickly so was really pleased to see some available from Formal Tailor with next day delivery. I placed the order and all seemed we'll. The trousers did indeed arrive the next day. Great - or maybe not. The trousers were not new. it was clear that he legs had been taken up and lengthened numerous times and when I tried the trousers on the legs were different lengths. I did get a full refund but I had to pay return postage. No apology, no explanation as to why the order was shipped when clearly the trousers were not new and were not even fit to wear. A really disappointing experience. Never again.

Have made a couple of orders with the company now and both times have received fantastic service! My orders have arrived the next day even when I selected regular delivery and both orders were complete even when I was expecting half of one order to be delayed as didn't think it was all in stock. Before I placed orders I ordered a couple of samples to match up the colour and these were sent through quickly and free of charge. Recommend to all!
