Good quality and good service.

Ordered a pocket square. After waiting a week, I had to email them to find out what the status was of my order. They said they would just another out. This one came a few days later. A bit of an inconvenience, nonetheless was sorted at the end.

Hi - I ordered an ivory, skinny tie and pocket hanky from the website and it was easy and quick to order and delivery was on time. The only issue was that I couldn't wear the tie on the special occasion because the quality wasn't great. 100% polyester and so it didn't sit quite right and look that sharp. Colour was nice and it was made well but I guess you get what you pay for. £11 for tie and hanky will never be the best quality but might not consider using the website again - think I will be sticking with silk ties from now on.

I ordered this for my husband to match with my John Charles dress in blush. I was very pleased when it arrived to see that looks like almost the same material, and exactly the same colour. it arrived very quickly. Thanks

Ordered a jacket for the Cheltenham festival at short notice But it wasn't available in my size. Member of staff called Lewis arranged to have it sent to me direct from the supplier by courier the day before Cheltenham. Thank you Lewis.

I looked on formal tailor for some cravats for a wedding and when I was also offered matching cufflinks, matching pocket squares and matching tie pins which saved me having to look for them. And they were all well priced. Standard delivery came the next day with good email communication between to keep me up to date on all of that. Boom!

Needed bright plain bright yellow tie for wedding. Ordered and received within 3 days. Great quality and service.

I think formal tailor im was easy use,v browse and find what i needed. The quality is great and price was fair. I would use them again in the future for sure.

I couldn't be any happier, i enquired to find out if the children's cravats would be suitable for my 18month old son, they replied to say it would be to big but they are happy to do adjustments to make it smaller. I ordered the cravats yesterday and received them today fully adjusted! Talk about going the extra mile! Thank you for making that task completely stress free! Excellent service

Got order in 2 days! But pants are to tight. Ordered pants size waist 36" by US standard, but it looks like I need size 38" by GB standard.

I ordered some waistcoats on Sunday evening and they arrived by Tuesday lunchtime. That is what I call service. The waistcoats are nicely made and look very smart.

Well packaged and very quick delivery. The sash was beautiful, well made and a lovely colour. But sadly the wrong shade for the wedding theme we have. I would have loved to have kept it. The website is reasonably priced too.
