Brought 4 waistcoats which arrived quick. Quality was good. One of the waistcoats, they sent the wrong size but I phoned & they put one straight in the post & it arrived the next day. They also sent me a free post returns bag for me for the other one

Excellent service and tie was exactly what I was looking for

Ordered a tuxedo but was not happy with the size. Upon delivery, it turned out the company had by error mislabled the postage to special delivery, which meant I had to pay an additional 25 pounds to receive the suit. After returning the suit, I received a refund for both the suit and the additional 25 pound at delivery - no questions asked. Very happy with how this was resolved.

4* iso 5* because I had to pay for return postage (12 gbp).

Each order has been efficiently and speedily despatched and the goods have been exactly as described. I particularly like the fact that although these orders have been despatched to France, they have still been free of postage and packing charges.

I ordered three cravats with hankies for my wedding. The colour was exactly same as on the picture and I also got it very quickly. Prices very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

I just wanted to buy a black tie, it's something that probably I will only use once and I didn't want to spend a lot. I was expecting something terrible however the suit is awesome and it fits great. After the event I could probably sell it as used on ebay and get my money back.

I've ordered sashes and cravats to match my colour scheme and they have arrived the perfect match. At first I ordered the wrong colour but the return service was easy and I received the replacement within 1 week. Really happy with the quality and will definitely recommend to any one.

I purchased a jacket online. And although it wasn't stock I received a phone call from the company within 24 hours telling me that they would have to make it in my size and it may take a little bit longer. I asked what the returns policy was, I was told that if I send the jacket back that adjustments will be made to my size and then sent out again. I then suggested that rather than having the jacket sent back and forth I come to their place of business and be measured properly to which they have agreed at no extra charge. I ordered several waistcoats for a wedding, all goods arrived well packaged in a very timely manner and were of a good quality as advertised.

I had to send a couple of items back due to me ordering the incorrect size, the returns/replacement service was very prompt with replacement items being shipped within 48 hours of them receiving the returns request.

Would not hesitate to recommend this company to others or to order from again based on my experiences so far.

Good quality and colour matched perfectly the bridesmaid dresses from picture on website. Just took longer than expected for delivery.
