A very poor experience - shop around
Poor experience. I approached this firm for advice on appealing a driving conviction. After a brief initial call with a solicitor, the legal input all but disappeared. Most contact was with a case worker who, whilst polite, wasn’t legally qualified and provided little meaningful advice.
Had they been upfront that the case was unwinnable, I’d have respected the honesty. Instead, my prospects were talked up, fees were taken quickly, and very little was actually done. It felt less like professional representation and more like being treated as a revenue stream.
For what they charge, I expected proper legal guidance. If I handled a client’s matter this poorly, I’d be refunding the fee — that clearly wasn’t an option here.
There are plenty of firms offering similar services. I strongly suggest shopping around.
