Terrible service had 5 failed deliveries and DPD lied as they never turn up.
My advice would be stop using DPD.

Some the Cracker biscuits were broken. Aside that l still like Fortum and Mason. My order was placed from Abroad and Fortnum and Mason makes it easy to pay and place pay from Abroad. Like I said the only downside were that some of my Crackers were broken aside that all good. I’m still a Loyal customer just like my Parents.

Item was delivered badly damaged. I contact F&M immediately but customer service was very poor and took a long time to resolve and did not respond for days even over instant whatsapp support. Not the quality or service I was expecting of F&M at all. Very dissapointing!!
