I got great service today but for months now, I had a very concerning experience. I have been a customer for about 15 years. Previously Support.com
I got quick service without having to go through the sales team whose only goal is to sell you what you don't ask for or need. They try to use scare tactics to sell you. it really pisses me off. Just get me to tech people and get my problem fixed. They even signed me up for one I did not approve and I had to get it removed. Commission sales I guess.
