I told James what the issue was and he assured me he could fix my computer! And he did! The computer kept crashing and he was able to solve my problem with a GPU update! Everyone else was saying they couldn't fix it but he was able too! Thanks James!

While having a tech working on one of my computers today for over 8 hours, he was able to accomplish everything in a timely manner! Great Job, US Tech Support!!! Merry Christmas to all of you and your families!

Earlier in the day I had some issues with my email. The issue was resolved in a timely manner, and I was pleased with the outcome.
I purchased the Removeme software and in setting up the app, I could not get the password to take. That tech transferred me to another tech and a new ticket number. The password problem was resolved and I was happy. Signed out of the computer for a while and when I went to log back into my email, all apps and passwords were gone. The tech I worked with previously was on another call, so they put me in touch with a new tech. He was so helpful and got the problem resolved within an hour. He was so patient with me and just listened to my ranting. Thank you, US TECH Support for always fixing my issues.

Purchased their software. A month later there is this $19.95 charge on my credit card for support. Immediately I called my credit card company and was told another $19.95 had been charged to the card. Called SuperAntispyware and was told they would not refund the charges but would cancel future charges of this monthly fee. I was unaware they were adding support to the software purchase the following month. They have lost a long time customer.
I contacted them as they requested in their response to the above review. They asked for 2-3 days to address my concern. I has been about 2 weeks with no further reply.

Super anti-spyware confirmed they canceled my subscription July 3rd, 2025 and that I would no longer be billed. 2 more withdrawals were posted to my account from them in August. Why 2 in one month?? Especially after they confirmed my cancellation in July? I called them this morning and the smug representative said that indeed my subscription was cancelled July 3, and that they would not refund my 41.00 for the 2 additional charges at the end of August because on their end my subscription is inactive. I told him I would file a dispute with my bank to get my funds back, and he told me, "go ahead." Ok, jerk, I just did. They are a fraudulent company, do not use them.

WTH - Just renewed my subscription and a few days later I see a charge for 19.99.... HMMM called customer support and was advised this was a REOCCURRING charge for tech support.. NOPE didn't order or authorize this. Based on TR's post below looks like it's a new scam. I also will not be recommending Antispyware to anyone. Still waiting for the charge to be removed. My CC company is involved

I’ve been a loyal SuperAntiSpyware customer for many years, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. When my automatic renewal of $64.97 hit my credit card, I noticed another charge of $19.95 just four days later! When I contacted support, they claimed I had signed up for tech support at $19.95 a month — which I absolutely did NOT. Can you imagine! $19.95 a month!!!
They agreed to cancel the tech support, but here’s the shocking part: they refused to refund the $19.95! This was for a service I never ordered, never used, and canceled within a week (charge was on 8/20, canceled on 8/26).
This is completely unacceptable and feels like a shady billing practice. If this is how they treat long-time customers, I can’t recommend SuperAntiSpyware to anyone. Be careful with their auto-renewal and watch your statements closely!
Update 9/1/25: I cancelled my subscription and disputed both charges with my credit card. I was given a full refund.

They sell you a supposed annual subscription to their antivirus, but every month, without warning, they charge you the same amount for nonexistent technical support, which they don't even offer. Canceling the subscription is a nightmare, as they seem to be selling a timeshare. Add to that the poor performance of their software, and this has been my worst software purchase. Avoid disappointment and feeling ripped off.

I'm in technology so I can attest to how mediocre the technology is but beyond that when you leave the platform to move up to a better product - they show what a con game they are running. I canceled my subscription 4 months prior to it auto renewing. Immediately I was bombarded with emails trying to regain renewal of the product. In April of 2025, I noticed a bank charge from the company along with a second charge for a tech help (that's what the call center person id the charge as). I called, it's overseas and the person barely could speak English. It was the most rank run around I've ever experienced. In 11/2024 when I canceled, I also deleted my credit card they had on file. The company renewed my membership in 3/2025...not sure how they accomplished this when the card was deleted. The company flat our refused to reimburse any money, in spite of not being able to explain the "technician" charge that they billed me on the same month that they auto renewed the "CANCELED" account. Mediocre technology and the absolute worst customer service you can imagine. The initial phone call into the company, the lady was friendly enough until I told her I wanted to find out about getting reimbursed....she went into this pathetic excuse of the call cutting out. It was cartoon'ish. Stay away from this company.

As others have previously stated, the antispyware comes bundled with livetech that charges you every month for 19.95 USD. Its done in a confusing and scammy way.
i contacted customer services, but they stated that due to company policy they could not issue refunds.
Stay clear!

I find out that this antivirus software missed detecting a known virus that other reputable antivirus programs easily caught. It was a major security flawa and it made my computer more vulnerable to virus threats.
Absolute Scam Merchants
I purchased 1 year through PayPal for $19.99
In the second month, they took the same amount from PayPal
I raised a dispute & was refunded $0.01
So I'm $19.98 out of pocket
I wanted protection for my smart phone. I followed the adverts that said it could help with that, paid the £20 approx and then it asked me to phone the US to activate??? When I discovered what I’d purchased wouldn’t help me, instead of cancelling and refunding he tried to sell me repeatedly an expensive package. All ‘Adam’ cared about was making the sale, from the get go. Problem is they will only make a bad name for themselves and ruin their company reputation.
First providing false information then making empty promises and finally sending the customer on a wild goose chase.
Too bad!
I have used this company
"Superantispyware" off and on in the past years. It's a handy program as it scans your PC at night looking for malware and deletes most cookies. I decided to use them again, their site offered 12 months service for $19.95 which is what I was charged a while back. After signing up and paying the $19.95 I noticed that they had started charging me this amount every month. When I called them they said yes it is a different plan now we have a new company that bought us out (Real Defense) who offer you more services that is why we charge you every month! I told them that I did not sign up for this. They refused to refund any money to me, and now I am having to work with my bank to recover the money they took from me.
