If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a scam website. My package never came. I never received updates. It finally says my package was delivered at some post office and it only gives me the county. Do not buy from here!!! It’s a scam!!!!

My order didn't come in the way I ordered it customer service said there was nothing they can do about it after it took almost a month to get my order when I paid for fast delivery. Poor advertising and poor poor customer service

My only experience with this website is they are using my friend's cell phone number as their contact number!! She gets multiple calls each day from customers asking for shipping information and she has absolutely nothing to do with this website. I hope people read this before they order and be aware that this website is most likely a scam.

I was looking forward to this in the mail I didn't receive information about my tracking information and they falsified information my package was never Delivered to me nor did any one reach out to me to help me with my problem I would be glad to just have a refund I have left. A whole bunch of emails no one has gotten back to me I'm so disappointed

I need to talk to somebody on a phone not a g d email or text or live chat im gonna cancal my order thats been taken out of my bank yet i havent got the first inkling of a confirmation letter or anything about my order so get me a phone number that isnt some random ladys cell phone and lets get this figured out but noon tomorrow ill be canceling my order with the credit card company.

I just contacted the company for the 10th time I purchased 2 special items for my daughters in early November for them to receive they gifts on Christmas well guess what it’s Christmas and I still haven’t received anything I just told them I wish I received my orders as fast as they received they payment it’s ridiculous from a disappointed customer

I still have yet to receive my order and I placed the order on December 1, 2023. It is now Christmas Day 24 days later and I still don’t have my order

Very disappointed...this pillow looks horrible and not all of the round things fold n missing alot. Don't PURCHASE. I CONTACTED SUPPORT AND THEY EMAILED BACK THAT THE EMAIL IS DOWN RESEND EMAIL. I DID AND STILL NO RESPONSE. This is unacceptable...I have pics too.

I have been waiting over a month for my order still trying to get a tracking number. I get the same response every day that it is still in customs being reviewed. I ordered this back in November and still can’t get answers as to when my order is coming. This was a Christmas gift very disappointed in the service.

I really like the photos and the presentation and the prices and shipping! I really hope when I get the product it looks as good like in the photos! I am excited because it’s a gift for my mom.

Ordering was easy. I hate I did two seperate orders because I didn’t receive the discount offer until I got on the site the second time and my orders together would had qualified. ($38 and $48 orders but spend atleast $50 for the first order would had qualified for the discount). I made both orders on the same day (dec 8th) maybe 30 minutes apart. One item has shipped and the other hasn’t. I’m hoping to get them before Christmas but so far it’s looking like the second order definitely won’t be here in time. I’ll try to update if at least the first one comes in time. Fingers crossed.

Well the buying process was fun and easy....however the checkout process wasn't as appealing. It took 5 tries for my payment to go through. It kept saying my order total changed and I needed to review my info. But it finally was successful. And now it has been over a week and I still haven't received a tracking number. I am super excited about this purchase and I really hope that everything goes smoothly from here. It my items arrive by Xmas ill will gladly change my review to 5 stars. But as of right now I'm sticking with 3....

I ordered one of the sequins shirts with my deceased husband‘s picture on it to wear for an occasion when it arrived it definitely would not have fit an adult it had to of been a child size even though that is not what I ordered, I have tried to contact them twice They will not respond to my emails

I messed up on the address and you guys got back to me the same day! I love how cheap personalized items are as well, makes things very worth it.

Just ordered if these come before Christmas and turn out I will cherish these forever!!
