Prices of fossils and delivery to Ireland was much more reasonable than UK and IRE sellers.

Ordered Turquoise from this site, but it was glued
together turquoise dust, known as "reconstituted
turquoise." I asked them before I ordered if it was real and they said "yes, they would stand by it." When I got it, I tested it with a warmth test, which is hold it in a hand for ten seconds and then against the wrist - the result was a warm plastic feeling. If it was real, it would have still been cold. I did the infrared light test and it glowed IR, which real doesn't do (photos attached). Then I broke it into pieces and it had white in the middle, which real turquoise doesn't have. It failed 75% of the tests. I contacted Shawn and shared the evidence & photos, and he promptly was
defensive and in denial. Due to this event, I assume that all of their inventory is suspicious and possibly fake, although that may not be possible. The website aims to sell masterpieces like to museums, but it may be like selling fake art pieces, or copies or forgeries.

I apologize . I misread the acrylic stand and thought it was referring to the tooth! Was so upset but realized they are the real deal. Thanks

I have had many pleasant experiences with Fossilera. It had been over a decade since I bought a particular piece, that i broke the display stand. I emailed inquiring to purchase a new one. They sent a new one that day. Great company, with great customer service!

My brother and I live on different continents. With his birthday coming up I wanted to get him something a bit different. I opted for a fossilized Megalodon tooth with a frame from FossilEra and I'm really pleased I did. FossilEra couldn't have been more helpful. They gift wrapped my purchase, included a birthday card and an authentication card. It all arrived a week before his birthday. The whole process couldn't have been smoother and was a truly excellent shopping experience. I can unreservedly recommend FossilEra and sincerely thank them for making my brother's birthday special.

I previously submitted a review based on the incredibly professional "team" at FossilEra. Now I write, after having received my fossil today, to share the "over the top" packaging. The fossil was so much more than I had anticipated. Its document of authenticity plus the special frame I purchased made my gift as perfect as I had hoped for it to be. I am a grateful customer and "will return".

This dealer provided a very thoughtful gift in the form of a gorgeous megalodon tooth courtesy of a dear friend. Looking at their website and the item's tailored entry provided via a QR code on a card included with the item, I could not possibly recommend them enough. Shipped by UPS who handled the customs very professionally in Denmark (which can be a very slow process).

FossilEra returning my money. Purchased from other USA suppliers previously without complications. Maybe just got Shawn on a bad day or month. So many others have had a positive experience. Would have loved to acquire specimens from Matt&team.

I'm sure they are a legitimate company and the reviews from .customers sound good. I was hoping to sell them some very unique and beautiful opalized petrified wood that looks far more colorful than any tree rounds they have on their site. Their site has very little color almost to where it seems like the photos are in black and white. I was just about to email them offering to sell the specimens I have at a good price to where we could both make money but then read a statement from the company that said they almost never buy from individual sellers. For how good these guys are supposed to be and from the Stellar reviews you would think they would have the sense to obtain rare and unique things any way it takes. I can just see ot now. If they did buy items from those lowly individuals it would be barely enough money to pay for gas to bring them your things and then they would turn around and charge alot of money for them. Take a look at the photos of the boring petrified wood they are selling.Alot of it looks the same despite supposedly being from vastly different parts of the the world. Remember you individuals when you go to buy something from them think about how you would be treated if you were an individual wanting to do business with them and sell them something. The good news is that I can sell my items to someone that would appreciate petrified wood with fire opal brilliance and beauty..

Simple interface, authentic products, clear and easy ways of payment and shipment. The package arrived perfectly intact, sealed and the box and product were well secured in the packaging. Everything arrived even earlier than expected! (less than 2 weeks)
If you ship to Europe you can easily track your order, you should also expect 20 to 30€ for customs but I think that's really fair considering the speed of arrival and care for the package.

I ordered 6 various specimens, in two orders.
The first order took a VERY long time to arrive, and I was understandably frustrated having paid $13.95 shipping fees.
I expressed my frustrations and was contacted promptly by Fossilera customer service. A very nice representative notified me that should I not receive both my packages in a day, they'd take it up with the USPS.
My boxes arrived today. The care taken with packaging minerals and fossils is very much appreciated because you're dealing with fragile materials.
All of the specimens are gorgeous, I couldn't be happier. I am very pleased with this company, the pedigree attached to each article, allowing you to understand what you have purchased, and I'll be shopping with them again.

I have ordered numerous fossils from FossilEra and have been completely pleased. I find my self adding to my fossil collection every time I have expendable income, and FossilEra always has something interesting and in my price range. The service, shipping speed, packaging, etc. is all 100% top notch.

I ordered polished ammonite for a young friends birthday. It is about 6x7 inches. It is extremely beautiful. They took care with the packaging and shipping and other concerns I had. There customer service is impeccable. I will certainly buy more fossils from them in the future.

My mother ordered a fossil through FossilEra. There was a small confusion about paying with PayPal. Shawn responded to her e-mail queries promptly, in spite of the 12h time difference.

After I completed payment with paypal, Shawn immediately emailed my mother to say he had received the payment. he then dispatched the item within days.

We received the package much faster than expected. It was packed extremely professionally, very very very safe packaging for its half-world journey.
