No comms and extortionate shipping with no service

Order a ceiling support arm, 3000055367, and was charged £15 to ship what is probably less than a kilo in weight. been 5 working days and the company hasn't even been bothered to ship my item, I have received no comms and when I asked to talk to a manger I was advised at 10:30 in the morning that none were available.

I would not recommend buying through this firm at all and have a suspicion my order will never arrive. I suspect I will have to report the firm to my bank as a possible fraudulent transaction to get my money back
