Terrible Company - Avoid
We moved abroad and had all our goods packed and stored for a year. On delivery we found a number of items missing, damaged and broken. We paid for special packing for fragile items which was not provided and some of our special items were damaged as a result of the poor packing. Expensive electronic items were not even wrapped, just put in boxes with no protection. The insurance product Fox promoted required that we report all the damage within 7 days of delivery despite the fact that it is clearly impossible to unpack over 100 boxes in a week! Fox refused to offer reasonable compensation, only a paltry ‘goodwill’ offer that barely covered the special packing they had not delivered. Very poor experience!

Really great service, team were friendly and polite. They worked so hard, packed it all safely into the lorry and transported it to our new house 2 hours away. No damages. The guys were amazing
The guys were amazing, did a fabulous job. Correspondence was easy and efficient, turned up on time and some of the hardest working men I have ever seen, they didn't stop. All in all, the move was very smooth and very professional. Thank you for making an already stressful day a lot easier for us.

Wonderful service
Wonderful service. The lorry arrived exactly on time. The two men James and Dem worked their way through each room methodically. There were a few problems with our sellers removers but Foxes sorted it out and all went well.
Nothing has been damaged or broken. I would recommend Foxes to everyone. Excellent service.

The packing was good
The packing was good, very polite people. The only disappointment was they came 1 and half hour late. Other than that everything was great.
