Otto is a credit to the business
In a word what absolutly made our exprience? Otto! When youve made over an hours journey to meet a delivery at a storage unit at 8.30am, you only hope you will be dealt with by such a warm, polite, helpful employee like Otto. From the day before Otto was so helpful, answering every question with patience and professionalism. While we were there he dealt with every query and request instantly. At one stage (when we realised the unit we'd hired wasnt big enough) he had both my partner and I and the two delivery drivers laughing at how daft the situation was. Its rare to find employees (I didnt ask but I hope he is a Manager) that show how much they enjoy their work, speak highly of the company and their employer and deliver excellent customer service. We will definitly use Access Storage again. Not just for the value and service but for employees like Otto.

Delivery of stored house hold contents from the USA
The guys were fantastic. They worked really hard to keep our things dry as it was raining on both days.

Professional Negligence or Predatory Pricing? Avoid Fox Moving.
I am currently in the middle of a move from the UK to Denver, and my experience with Fox Moving (specifically Manager Mike White) has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Fox Moving performed a full virtual video survey of my home. Despite seeing my belongings and knowing I am a family of five moving internationally, they issued a quote based on just 9.2 cbm and a ludicrous 6 cartons (boxes). Any professional mover knows it is physically impossible for a family of five to move with 6 boxes.
I relied on their "expert" assessment and signed the contract. However, as soon as my life’s possessions were locked in their warehouse, the "bait and switch" began. Mike White hit me with a 75% volume increase and a staggering £2,900 upcharge. When I challenged this professional failure, the response was a doubling down on corporate jargon. They blamed me for the box count—an estimate they provided after a professional survey. Holding a customer’s goods "hostage" in a warehouse to force a 50% price hike on an already accepted contract is a predatory business practice.
I have been forced to pay this additional £2,900 just to get my belongings shipped. I have formally escalated this to the British Association of Removers (BAR) and the Removals Industry Ombudsman. Prospective customers beware: If their quote seems lower than others, it’s a trap. They will wait until they have your goods in their warehouse before they reveal the true, inflated price. Save yourself the stress and the thousands of pounds—choose a company with integrity. Stay away from Fox Moving!

We categorically reject the allegations made in this review as they are factually incorrect and present a misleading account of events.
The quoted volume was not assigned without discussion. It was based on the virtual survey conducted and, most importantly, on the volume and items the customer clearly indicated and confirmed at the time. The move was also specified as a part load from a full household, not a full shipment of every possession within the property. Our quotation reflected exactly what was discussed and agreed during that process.
At no stage was there any bait and switch. When the goods presented exceeded the originally declared and surveyed volume, a revised volume calculation was carried out in line with normal and transparent industry practice. Any increase in cost was therefore directly linked to the additional volume presented, not any change in pricing structure. This type of adjustment is standard across the removals industry to ensure accuracy of shipping, customs paperwork, and freight allocation.
The suggestion that goods were held hostage is completely incorrect. In the interest of fairness, and despite the inaccuracies in this review, we have even allowed the client the option to collect their effects and make separate arrangements if they wished.
Fox Moving has acted with integrity throughout this process, as we do with every customer. We would encourage anyone reading this review to also consider our wider feedback, which does not support the claims being made here about alleged volume allocation or pricing practices.

Helpful staff
Friendly, helpful service with very knowledgeable staff who are keen to make sure you are happy with all the arrangements. Extremely valuable especially when making a big international move which in itself can be quite stressful.
