Ordered a rucksack from Fox's; it was the cheapest out there by a long way. Dispatched the next morning; told it would be delivered between 14.26 and 15.26, and the door went at 14.26 on the dot. Great, thanks! :)

What can I say, 1st class website, wanted a centain tent had it in stock searched other sites but Foxoutdoor was the cheapest plus free delivery, easy ordering, very quick delivery, well informed via Email about delivery, ordered Tuesday pm, arrived Friday, got Email on Friday momring to say delivery would be between 13.17 nad 14.17 arrived at 13.23. well packed.

Not impressed ! nearly 2 weeks and still no sign of my goods ,they havent replied to any of my emails ,and then they/you have the cheak to send me a "rate our service " feedback questionare !
I notice the money has been taken from my account though !
this was only for a £30 hat good job i didnt buy anything more expensive !

Firm and smooth delivery, although there was no need of signature when the package was delivered, as it was said on the order page. And a bit pricey shipping, anyway to here in Sweden.

We brought an awning for our new campervan, this was offered by FoxOutdoor at the best price we could find, was delivered very quickly and in excellent condition. Cant wait to try out our new purchase.

Having searched the internet for the LOWE ALPINE TFX APPALACHIAN 75:95 XL, foxsoutdoor were not only the cheapest but was delivered the next day - excellent all round.

I ordered a camping mat and sleeping bag for by daughter's D of E trip. Both items were in stock and the order accepted and processed. On returning from work the next day I found an email to say the the mat was suddenly 'not in stock' and that I wouldn't receive it. It was then too late to order elsewhere - so my husband had to take an afternoon off work to visit a camping store.

If an item isn't in stock then Fox's should not be accepting the order - this is a really basic rule of internet sales. I won't be using their on-line service again, ever - because one can't be sure of getting the goods. This is a shame because we've shopped at Fox's Amersham for over 20 years.

I ordered my rucksack on the evening of 27th September, with a delivery date of 3 - 5 days. At 10.41 a.m on the 28th I was emailed to say the order had been despatched. At 8.00 a.m. on the 29th I was emailed to tell me that my order would be delivered between 13.36 and 14.36 that day. It was delivered at 14.00 on the 29th September. That was one and a half days after placing my order against a promise of 3 - 5 days.
The service was first rate and I was kept informed throughout. I will definitely use Fox Outdoors in future and will have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Nothing to say except faultless transaction. I bought a stove for around £40. That qualified for free delivery. It arrived within a few days. Perfect.

The service i recieved from Foxes outdoor was first class. The website is smooth and very easy to navigate (well done foxes) and my order was delivered the next day, and for free!! All round excellent company to deal with and i have just put in a second order for more goodies. :)

I bought a Lowe Alpine rucksack to replace a well aged one with broken zip and was happy with my purchase although I should have checked the details of my new one more closely before buying as I was surprised to find a couple of extra fasteners on the rucksack that I don't really need.
