The rucksack I ordered for my partner was on sale at various internet sites but, Fox's offered the cheapest price. The delivery costs were incuded in that price and depite it being the standard delivery service, the item still arrived the next day.
The delivery company also kept me well infomed as to the estimated time of arrival.

I can only say good things about Foxs Outdoor. The order process was simple, the prices were very reasonable. When one of the items I ordered wasn't in in the colour I requested, I received a prompt, polite email from a member of staff asking if I wished to pick another colour or take it out of the order. The order arrived quickly and was well packaged and the items I ordered are brilliant.

Overall, a fantastic experience and I would happily shop with them again.

They were very helpful when it seemed that their website had mistakenly allotted me an extra purchase that I did not order.

The item that I did order came the next day.

Prompt response to enquiries and quick delivery of the ordered items

I placed a relatively large order, in view of going on a long trip. I received the confirmation email and the following day another email telling me that my order had been canceled. I called the shop to confirm my identity and that indeed i had placed an order, however the sales person kindly refused to accept my order as my IP address, during the purchase, revealed that i was in France, my card is registered to a UK address and the delivery i had chosen was at a friend's house, so a third address was also involved.
The good part comes when the following day the money was widtrawn from my account and was not returned for 3 days...
A lot of hassle for nothing.......

I buy a lot online and this is one of the best sites for clearly saying what the stuff is, whether it's in stock, how much it costs and then getting it to you really quickly. That's all you want from an e-tailer, right?

I was very pleased with the ease and speed at which my order was processed and the quick delivery time ie within 2 days of placing the order. I got a genuine reduction off the RRP and I was delighted with the product. I will certainly be shopping at Foxs Outdoor again.

We had 3 valid credit cards refused because their banking system rated it as high fraud. Even the local credit card and delivery address was not accepted as the online request was sent from a computer abroad .
it is nowhere mentioned on the website that the online shopping can not be done with a foreign card, nor with local credit card sending it from a computer abroad.
We spent much time on trying to get the manager on the phone as we did not receive any reply on our emails. We still are checking our accounts to make sure the money is not debited (still not marked as refunded or canceled).
Too bad as they have nice stuff.

I have just bought some great snow boots online - it took a while to choose after looking at quite a lot but I eventually chose some which matched my criteria for a waterproof, warm boot fit for walking around town in snow or other icy conditions.

There was plenty of information about each type of boot although there could have been some tips regarding loose fit or tight fit - selecting sizes online with different types of boot is often difficult. The style I ordered is quite a tight fit but I suspect they will give a bit with wear.

I ordered the boots on Saturday and they arrived Monday morning after a text message telling me what time they would be here - brilliant.
