First i found my item to be the cheapest on this site without a large delivery charge. My order was processed and sent quickly, I was updated by email at each step to delivery. Also i was informed of the hour which to expect my delivery. Brilliant all round. Will be my first point of call for any future camping needs.

Very please, was kept informed when dispatch would be and also on the morning of delivery even a time slot it would come.
Very please with the boots I brought and a great price, will defiantly be ordering again.

The item arrived as promised, clearly labelled to reach me. Not opened yet, so cannot say if all well inside the package, but so far good service.

Best price I could find on the web and even with standard delivery I had my sleeping bags in 24 hrs.

This is the first time i have used the on-line service,I have always used the shop in the past.I placed my order and received an E Mail back confirming goods were available and would be despatched next day,
I hen received another E Mail with courier information which allowed me to track my order on-line this gave me a delivery time slot which proved to be spot on well done to the courier company as this was just before Christmas and every body was extremely busy.Well done to everybody involved and thank you will definitely use service again if can not get to the shop

I can't fault the service for my Karrimore Spectre 10 ruc sack

Delivery was made as promised and product was great with a good range of sizes. I would happily buy from them again.

After placing my order I received a courtesy call to let me know that there was a slight difference in colour and would I like to cancel or continue with my purchase. A lot of companies would have sent the item in the hope that it would be accepted anyway. The order was also sent out very quickly and was just as described.

I deceided to order boots from Foxoutdoor as they had a special price on the boots I was after. I was wowed by the service. The transaction was smooth and I was kept in contact via text as to when I would expect delivery. Fantastic service and certainly exceeds the larger chain retail stores. I would buy from them again without hesitation.

I ordered a combi-bag on 19 December and increased the basic delivery charge of £2.99 by £1 in order to get next day delivery. Within 24 hours I had received 3 emails from Fox's - one to confirm the order was being processed, one to say that irt had been despatched and the third to tell me the time of delivery (within a one-hour parameter). I then received a phone call from the delivery people to confirm the delivery time - which was duly met. The bag also met my expectations.

The site was well laid out. The prices were competetive. Best of the delivery was quick, even in Xmas week with a designated one hour delivery spot.

From an excellent website navigating to the required product was simple. Placing the order and payment was done with the minimum of hassle. Confirmation, delivery advice and actual delivery was spot on.Recommended to anyone who is looking for the goods supplied by the company.
