Good and fast delivery to Switzerland. Like other online shops they could take the VAT off the stuff that is sent outside the UK.

Very impressed with the service, i ordered online late one evening, and the next day a lady left a message on my mobile to say that one of the items was not in stock, and that she would refund the amount straight away. She also gave me the option to phone her direct if i wanted to discuss anything further. I was impressed with how they kept me, the customer, informed and up to date with information straight away. I find this a rare quality that is not found in many companies these days. This is an honest and straight forward approach that i admire. The money was put straight back into my bank, no hold ups and the items came the following day. A great service, and i wish all compaies were as good as this.

I ordered a Snugpak sleeping bag through another website who failed to inform me that it was out if stock, even after waiting three weeks. I then found Foxsoutdoor - the same sleeping bag was cheaper and it was delivered the next day. Great service. I highly recommend this company.

Found this company to be the cheapest online for the article I was looking for -a lightweight sleeping bag. Placed my order mid afternoon and the bags were with me the next day! can't fault the service and would definitely use them again. thank you.

The website had a very accurate explanation of the product I bought, and a fair priced next day delivery service. I received a text in the morning stating within 1 hour what time my delivery would be made, rather than having to wait in all day. I will defiantly use this company again.

Helpful telephone assistance then bought on line, arrived the next day and was sent the one hour time slot it would arrive in by email. So all in all an excellent experience, better than most on line shopping and I am online shopping expert.

They sent the first order without problems, but the second order they refused to send and refunded the money saying that the address has a history of being used for fraudulent transactions. So why send the first order, duh. All the e-mails they sent me have been passed on to a third party to investigate any legal ramifications of these actions.

My boots were dispatched the same day I ordered them and I received them the next day! Lots of emails to keep me updated on the progress of my order. I have recommended Foxsoutdoor to my friends and would order from them again.
