Accurate product description, fast dispatch

After comparing deals online for the Karrimor Spectre 20 rucksack, Foxsoutdoor was the best deal. It was ordered on a Friday morning and delivered on Sat morning, you can't do better than that ! Their website is excellent for product details and ease of use.

A great price on a pair of Hi-Tec boots, delivered speedily by a better than average courier.
The courier take the time to email a delivery date and a 'within an hour' time, which I was able to cancel and rearrange for a time when the recipient was in.
Why don't all delivery companies operate in this way!?

The snow boots are very good quality and just what I need. Service and delivery was fast and efficient, however, it would be helpful if the website could include the width of the boots/shoes.

Great service. Ordered three pairs of boots over two days, paid for next day delivery. Got morning text informing me of a one hour delivery window, both deliveries (one pair, then two pairs) arrived within the window. Definitely use the site again. Although not affecting the score, found the website navigation a bit clunky, jumps about too much when trying to highlight a section.

Ordered a top from their website - I have to say that their site was easy to use site and I was happy with the delivery as it was fast and came in good condition.

After ordering I was kept informed all the way, I was even told by email the time of delivery which was very fast. I could not fault the service and I will definitely order from foxs outdoor again. Bargain prices and unbeatable service.

Completing the order was quick and simple, and the delivery was really fast. It was particularly good because although I wasn't in and couldn't get anybody to sign for my delivery, they helped me out loads by leaving it in a safe place which meant I didn't then have to go and collect it at the depot or something. And the item is perfect too, and for a bargain price. Definitely support this business!

the first order was my son's snow boots - a good quality and excellent value; delivery efficient and speedy.

Ordered a sleeping bag. The item arrived with an incorrect, dirty compression bag! Satisfactory response pending...

bought two pairs of boots, cannot believe how quick they arrived. (just in time for the snow). Got a text message and e-mail notifying the exact hour they would be delivered in. The boots are both fantastic great price and got tried and tested in the snow. Very happy with this company

Great price for my snow boots which were ordered on Sunday and delivered on Tuesday. The automated email notification system went mad and sent 24 notifications however I was sent an email explanation and apology. Can’t fault Fox’s customer service. Well done!

I had been looking for some stylish and warm snow boots for ages, I found just what I was looking for at a great price, nearly half the cost I had seen everywhere else. The customer service was great too as i had ordered them too small and had to return them, the staff were extremely helpful.
