The website was easy to use, the range of products good and the item arrived exactly as promised. I was particularly pleased with the delivery - next day and lots of information about when it was due to arrive and it did arrive in the allotted hour. Perfect!

I had seen the day sack in a local store and found that it was more the competitively priced on Fox Outdoor. The delivery was well within the specified time. To be honest, I cannot fault the service and will definitely look at Fox, when I need anything outdoors :)

bought this to replace a similar Vango bag I've had for 12 years. It's had a very hard life and has gone above and beyond expectations. Only had this a couple of days but can see no reason why I won't be in the market for another 12 years.

I was in the market for two high-end stainless steel vacuum flasks for a trip to the Arctic and had selected a product by Stanley. Having gone online to compare prices, Foxs Outdoor were easily the cheapest, so I placed an order. All aspects of the transaction were spot on, i.e. ease of ordering process, communications, packaging etc.

The Items I had ordered, all much cheaper than anywhere else, arrived very quickly and I must say I was very happy with the overall experience and service of Fox's - Definitely recommended!

I ordered several items from this firm, and within the hour had an email telling me that two items were unfortunately out of stock so would I like to wait for a week for these items to be back in stock, and they would send everything together, or - if the particular items were required urgently - did I want to cancel that part of the order, and they would send everything else, or did I want them to send what they had now, and they would post off the other two items, at no extra cost to me, when they came in. As I did need those two items urgently I emailed back saying, cancel that part and send the rest please. Within another hour that part of my order was refunded, and the very next day all the oher items arrived in the post. That's the kind of service I used to get many years ago from businesses, when businesses cared about their customers, and were keen to help as much as possible, and which sadly is so lacking nowadays. I am truly impressed by this company, and would not hesitate to buy from them again, and to recommend to others.

Excellent delivery, got a text where I could choose to push the delivery back by 1 - 3 days. Arrived early and well packaged etc, unfortunately no instructions to assemble (on the box it says there should be instructions included). Worked it out so all good.

Out of their control, Post Office, just can't track packages. Not Fox's fault at all. But in this day and age, it should be possible to narrow the delivery to a particular 24 hours, even if no further than that.

I shall use this company again despite this.

We used to live in Marlow, Bucks and visited Fox's regularly when we needed stuff for our walking. Now we live in Devon and the service online and delivery of my package was next to none. Great service, it arrived the following day.
