Well packed but took forever to arrive
Products were well packed when they eventually arrived!
Appreciate Royal Mail disruption but other parcels ordered on the same day from other online retailers arrived much quicker.
Never did receive a dispatch confirmation email, so not 💯 certain all the delays were down to Royal Mail! Took retailer 3 days to reply to my order chase email.
Retailer needs to take responsibility for timely deliveries and possibly use a different courier?

I wish I’d trusted the many poor reviews on here rather than taking a chance on Fragrance Avenue. 👎
I received the wrong item (due to *their* listing error that showed the picture of one Paco Rabanne product with the title of another) and emailed customer services who said to return the item for a replacement.
A few days pass and I receive an email with a refund. No correspondence or explanation for why they didn’t send a replacement – just a refund. 😡
It’s now too close to Christmas to get the product in time from another retailer and I’m going to have to explain to someone why they’ve not got a present to open on Christmas Day.
Incredibly poor and unprofessional service. Lesson learned: pay a few extra pounds, shop with a company that has a positive rating in reviews and save yourself the hassle.

No delivery of the perfume ordered on 7th December, then an hour after posting a review on Trustpilot on 22nd Dec. the perfume was delivered.
I ordered the perfume on 7th December as an important Christmas present- the website said it was in stock and I received confirmation of the order saying that I would be contacted when the perfume was to shipped. Since then I didn't have any communication from Fragrance Avenue and nothing had been delivered. With only a few days to go before Christmas I was getting worried, especially as it wasn't possible to get through by telephone to customer services (and an email I sent produced an automated reply saying the offices were closed until 27th Dec!). However, within an hour of first posting a 1 star review on Trustpilot, the perfume was delivered (surely a coincidence?). So I've amended my star rating upwards a little.
