Fragranceexpress.com has always answered their phone and have always helped with any questions and their shipping is fast to anywhere in the world. Their goods are authentic.
There are many customers that want something for free and claim to have received a fake or damaged item just to get the item or items for free.That happens in every venue; but it does not give customers the right to post reviews saying "fake" to harm sellers that sell their products in the e-commerce venues and that are selling authentic goods.

I ordered Image face cream from Fragrance Express through the Fruugo website. I have used this cream many times before. The product I received is FAKE. It has a completely different texture and smell. I will not use it on my face for fear of reaction. I will never buy from them again. BUYER BEWARE!!!

UPDATE: In fairness to Fruugo they contacted the Fragrance Express and arranged a refund for me.

DON’T EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! @fragranceexpress.com. They sell fake products! I’ve been wearing the same perfume for a decade and I ordered from them because they popped up on google express. When I opened the bottle and sprayed it, it smelled like rubbing alcohol with some scent added to it. Who would sell fake perfumes??? This is a horrible seller! I googled reviews and got here. I wish I researched further before purchasing. Lesson learned the hard way!! I sure hope no one else becomes a victim of this seller!

I ordered Gucci pour homme 1 (square orange bottle) from them and they shipped me Gucci by gucci instead. I called them, sent emails through their contact form, several emails, I made a PayPal complaint, escalated it to a claim to get my money back... NO REACTION.

They just don't care. And the perfume they shipped me smells ugly, like some alcohol and oils... not like a fragrance at all. And not like a Gucci by gucci I smelled in a proper store (although it resembles it).

DON'T EVEN ORDER FROM THEM! Piece of advice... Or at least pay via PayPal! I tried them because they pretended to ship a very rare perfume but in the end it was all a lie!

I ordered 12 botlles of aftershave. Several bottles leaked in transit due to loose screw tops. I called FE and they agreed to refund value of three bottles. Luckily I used Paypal. I had to file a claim 12 days later after major runaround. They had no intention of refunding. I should have known better...they answer their 800 number with "hello", not "Fragrance Express, can I help you?". The people who answer their 800 number sound like they are expecting the IRS to be calling. Never again.
