Placed an order for nail polish. Received it within just a couple of days (DURING the covid pandemic) and it was wrapped twice tightly in big bubble wrap to ensure the polish didn't break during transit. Thank you!! You guys are amazing, and now I have the color I wanted (at a great price) in time for my wedding day!

Bought a Thierry Mugler Angel, 3.4oz, Eau de Perfum unwittingly through Walmart's website. My wife has been using the same perfume for 10+ years and the one sent by Fragrance Express was clearly different by color and smell.
We approached Walmart with our concerns and they instructed us to contact the merchant (first time we realized it was sold by third party). Merchant sent us back to Walmart and Walmart again back to merchant. Then I spoke on the phone with merchant and he agreed to send a return label. Three days after he received the package back I asked when he will process the refund. Again he sent me back to Walmart for the refund. I asked if he informed Walmart about the receipt of the return, but merchant did not answer. At this point I am not willing to play their merry-go-round game and simply disputed the amount with my CC company.

I will definitely will buy again. I received exactly what I ordered and it was well packaged. I was very impressed.

Ordered 2 items on website.. came within timeframe advised. one item was missing. emailed the company and corresponded with Jack who investigated and explained item was out of stock. issued a refund immediately and came back into my account within a couple of days.. I've never dealt with a company who took ownership of a problem immediately without the need for extra information... when the item comes back into stock I will 100% purchase from them. def worthy of this 5 * review!
