I ordered 5 items
I ordered 5 items, 2 were delivered within 2 week but it's now been 2 more weeks and the remaining 3 items have not been delivered. I've emailed to ask for help in tracking the outstanding items and have not been assisted in tracking the missing items. This wasn't the Si Intense I thought I was getting. There was one in a black bottle which is what you have pictured. I got the newer version in a clear bottle. They do not smell the same. Very disappointed

Ordering from Fragranceexpress was truly an excellent experience. Their website was easy to navigate and order from while their prices were simply better than anybody else. In addition, they offered free shipping, and the order arrived a few days EARLIER than originally scheduled. I highly recommend Fragranceexpress and will definitely look to order from them again, once the item I ordered needs to be replenished.

The product did not come in its original packaging. The product was taped over the top. It did not meet my expectations based upon your description. I was expecting a brand new product in its original packaging and not something with tape over the top.
I sent an email about my disappointment and never heard one word back so that's why you're getting this bad review.
