URGENT reply needed - Order SHOPIFY-64663

Hi, Fragrance Express stopped replying to my emails regarding order SHOPIFY-64663 and I need a full refund for my order which they told me to refuse when it arrives. It was priced at a very high price on fruugo. I need to be sure that I receive the full refund when I refuse the parcel and that I won’t be charged any additional costs. Please reply to me asap. I also can’t track it as in your email a link takes me to shop app to download.

Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing about my order № SHOPIFY-64123.
According to the order history information, my order was placed on 13 September 2021 and shipped on 13 September 2021 by USPS

Today is 7 October 2021 and my order has not arrived yet.
As quite a lot of time has passed, I am feeling worried. I hope there is nothing wrong with my order and you could help me track or find it.

TOTAL LACK OF COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY

This is the email I sent on 8/28/21, within 2 hours of receiving my order:

Hello,
I was pleasantly surprised to already receive my order today, however I am quite concerned about the condition of the contents and also if these are counterfeit products. Although they were very well packed, when I opened the boxes the tops of both bottles were loose and the contents were leaking out. Also, one of the labels was yellowed and I am wondering about the age of these products, if in fact they are genuine. It's weird that they would both have loose tops. I am sending photos of what I saw upon unpacking both boxes. Needless to say, I did not expect to get my order in this condition.

I followed up on 8/31 and 9/3. To date I have had absolutely NO REPLY. Unfortunately this experience only serves to corroborate the worst reviews I read about this company. I will be filing a dispute with the payment company.

Great value!

Received it within a week and the price was amazing! I bought Daisy by Marc Jacobs perfume for $39 - I looked up the price at Ulta and they want $102 for the same exact thing! Crazy - I don't know how they do it!

I GOT SCREWED OUT OF MY MONEY!!!!

I Ordered Dior homme original like the picture showed on the website but they sent me Dior Homme 2020 (completely different scent). I reached out to customer service to voice their mistake. A guy by the name of Jack reached back out to me via email (jack at fragranceexpress.com) and gave me a few options to resolve the issue. I responded back 3 times without a response from Jack. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I guess I'm stuck with this fragrance that I didn't order. So I was a victim of false advertisement on their website and then their customer service screwed me over as well.

Today is 19th august and I have still not received either.
