Great experience

Francis Louis were the selling agents on our house purchase and did a really good job. The listing was comprehensive and the 360 tour was a key factor in requesting a viewing. Olivia and Adam were both on hand to help us when we had any queries. The terms of the offer were negotiated in under an hour as everyone was on the same page.

Great agent, would recommend for selling your home.

We sold our house with Adam and the team at Francis Louis. They gave honest advice throughout, took professional photos and 360° tour imagery of our property and worked tirelessly to sell our house. When our buyer tried to mess us about, Adam was quick to help and resolve it so that we could get our sale through. We had previously listed with another agent where the imagery, communication and service was far below what we ended up receiving from Francis Louis. We would 100% recommend using them and would be our first port of call should we ever move again.

We are today completing on the purchase…

We are today completing on the purchase of a property from Francis Louis. I would highly recommend the agency as they have assisted throughout the whole process, kept in contact at every stage and helped push for a completion before Christmas, which is fantastic. Huge thanks to Olivia for getting the deal agreed and all her hard work on the sale and also Adam who assisted in getting the property through to exchange. Thank you !

Ignore the fake positive reviews

Our experience with this company mirrored the other negative ones. Poor living conditions. Bullying attitude by the owner Adam. We also had to go through DPS who refunded our full deposit. Avoid.
The positive reviews are fake including one from MAdam himself.
