Kim helped me through every step of the way, setting up my C-Corp, setting up my ROBS account, and calling Charles Schwab to make sure I had everything in place that I needed. She was great to work with throughout the process!

Overall, I am pleased with the service provided. I trust that my new business is setup correctly and that I will have any support needed if I were to be audited. In starting this business, I was a little lost as to what needed to be done. Everything is new to me. FranFund was good at providing to me what is needed. There were a few technology glitches in the process. The box file sharing site used doesn't seem to work properly in that I can only view but not access, print, or post files to the site. If I were to do this again, I would find it helpful if FranFund were to provide an even more comprehensive approach to the business start up process. I would appreciate a checklist as a single list of all actions or items that need to be addressed. It would also be helpful if this list would include suggested actions that FrandFund does not provide services for but are necessary for starting and running a business.

We used FranFund to establish our Corporation and our SBA loan. For the Corporation, the service was really helpful. We had some small mistakes that elongated the process, but overall I would have 4 stars. For the SBA process, I am not sure I would do again. We gathered all the information and had 2 options for the SBA loan bank. However, our loan process with the selected bank made our work with FranFund non-existent. There was multiple do-over's and it was such a waste of time. We just closed on our loan a month ago and we have good credit and solid documentation. After a month of having our loan in place, we severely regret the bank and are trying to transfer our loan.

Everyone has been really helpful and attentive to assisting me with my C-Corp. All very professional and polite, always available to answer questions when needed.

From the first call everyone that I have talked to at FranFund have been so nice and helpful. Great people and they are always there to answer all your question when you have them. Excellent and highly recommend!

Experience was good overall. Following up once referred to lender to verify if there were any questions or concerns would have been an even better experience and not just a congratulations email upon completion of SBA lending process.

Recommended for a new franchise startup! They did a good job matching me up with a lender even though every franchise is different.

My case took me from someone with an IRA who wanted to open a business to franchise owner. There were several steps in my process from converting my IRA to funding a C Corporation and securing an SBA loan. I was transferred through four different people during the process and it was seamless. The process was thorough and the explanations of my responsibilities were clearly laid out. FranFund is excellent for helping you through each step of the entrepreneur process. I had zero experience and little understanding of how to navigate the process and their team was excellent in all areas of guiding me, as well as educating me on what to do.

Working with Becca at FranFund was awesome. She was knowledgeable and quick to respond to my many questions. ROBS funding is not the easiest, and it has tricky parts. She was able to help me navigate them, advise me, and make the whole process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend them if you're looking into funding a new small business. If nothing else, they can give you the critical information you need to decide if an ROBS route is the right one for you.

Shelby and Kim were both great to work with. They were very responsive and supportive and were willing to explain what was going on as we moved through the process. Kim is very knowledgeable and it is evident that she knows her job well and you can rest assured you are in good hands with her.
