No delivery so far!
I cannot really comment so far on Frazier's itself. The order was supposed to arrive Thursday 19 August and has still not arrived (it is now 3 pm Tuesday 24th). The delivery service is Parcel Force so this is probably more a report on them. The Parcel Force App is useless because every time I tracked the parcel (from Friday 20th) the package was still reported "19/08" "out for delivery" and "scheduled for delivery today". No further updates. I contacted Parcel Force late on 23rd (40 minute wait on phone), and the assistant informed me she would email the relevant Parcel Force Depot to get them to deliver today, Tuesday 24th. I am still waiting.....
Frazier's should perhaps consider using another delivery service!

We have spoken to Parcel Force and they apologise for the service level provided in this case, as is it is not up to the normal levels of service, by way of explanation the `pingdemic` and general driver shortage are placing all services under strain.
