I will always check here at trustpilot…

I will always check here at trustpilot before I submit to an more online services, because I signed up to freecall and paid for $10 usd to get a number and make some calls from usa to a few other countries, Paid the $10 usd, Transaction date: 2024-04-27 via PP, and now can not set up for an account on freecall as my email is being """used,""" and I've never """used""" my email on that site never!
PP provided link supposedly to freecall "customer service," which went no-where and can NOT locate the real link to CS for freeccall on their site!
And without stating anywhere in FC web site, I had to PROVIDE my own phone number, which was NOT stated on freecall's site until after I sent the $10 usd to them!
And they don't allow me to use my email as they say it is already being used, and I've never **used** my email ever on freecall's website!
So $10 and can't sign in, and cant get a phone number and can't find the link to freecall support, on their site!
Four stricks and they their OUT!

It was trustworthy before, not anymore

It was good /trustworthy before, not anymore: I pay for each call - in EU, I am in France now - and in spite they say I have 90 days for free, they charge, last call was 20 cent smth per min. And then they say: you have 45 days more for free. I am thinking to stop using them, it s cheaper with a normal/landline phone to call in Europe.

Waste of Time

I travel a LOT and live in several locations through the year so NEED a way to call landlines in other countries. Since Skype is getting so invasive I looked for and alternative and found freecall.com They looked good as far as being non invasive. I looked up the parent company Dellmont BV and it is registerd in NL. They also have a large number of other "make cheap calls".com but since they were valid and the rates you pay looked excellent I made an account.
The first thing I saw was there are no "free days" until you go to buy some time. I tried ot buy 10E whihc gave me 80 "free" days to the right. However after validating my phone number at my current location and my credit card address and submittted it the screen said "You cannot pay by credit card find some other method" So a waste of 3 hours and still no way to call land lines.
