Great customer service …

Overall great customer service experience I had.. the representative was not pushy but patient to listen my requirement and had solutions to them.

I would recommend this company to my colleagues as they showed professionalism during the call.

Exceptional !!

I spoke to Eugene on today. There was an issue on the site and I called the customer service line and Eugene not only sounded pleasant and willing to assist; assisted me is exactly what was done. Went over all features and set a great expectation. 5-Stars no question. Keep individuals like this !!

Freedom Voice customer service is excellent

I called freedom voice on 4/15/2025 at about 5:14 in regards a device error charge that i saw on my company "Hotels and Sports Packages'' Square bank debit card, concerning a new toll free number 800-484-2138 which I subscribed to, and i am very pleased with the way Freedom Voice employee by name Chaela handled the matter: she quickly asked me to stay on the line and not hang up, which I did, and in less than 5 minutes she came back and let me know that i will be refunded the amount overcharged. i thank Freedom Voice for their excellent customer service.
