Initially I was upset I had created an…

Initially I was upset I had created an account all of 30 minutes before him I was given the customer number and the telephone number that I picked at the end of the page and at the top of the note it said unfortunately they weren't able to do everything online to call this number make a long story short I guess in the process of me creating the application I did something one too many times and it kind of needed extra verification which I couldn't provide because I wasn't even sure if the account was created or not anyway by the end of the call the special created and set up my account and assured me that my number worked by giving me a test call I appreciate his patience and understanding he was very helpful and even under my stressfulness he was still very polite and professional thank you so much I believe his name was Shymir (apologize I said it wrong)

Josh took time with me

Josh took him time with me. I previously call 3-4 in December and no one seem willing to take time when I didn't know which card I had on file. So those times I wasn't able to pay my bill. Josh was very patient and he answered all the questions I had and sent literature for me to reference. Since I had this service I only remember this happening my first day of service. I felt very comfortable with Josh because he cared.josh needs a promotion or he needs to train staff members how to interact with customers.
