the app has not been updated and has not worked properly for at least 6 months if you ever updated properly maybe I will pay for another year

I am following the tutorial for FDPD but when I attempt to PASTE the address of the movie nothing happens.
No box shows on the FDPD app showing the video.
No address bar showing what I've pasted.
No new window prompting me to log into Disney+.

My liscense is expired on 27 Feb 2024, today i received a mail to give rating to your application. On which note, Please explain me? More then a month ago your application is not working, i also report a bugged complain, i keep messaged on it but not from support even technical team no one is replying. Then on which bases you required star rating. Please explain?

Why is support deleting my LNXQ-25497 and LNXQ-25543 requests? I am a member who has paid a subscription to FreeGrabApp. What is going on ? Are you letting us down? When problems arise, are we left alone with them because we cannot count on your help? It has been impossible to use FlixGrab 5.4.1.1223 with Engine response timeout (8) !!!!!

It's a great app and I wrote a very positive review about it here a few years ago.
It turned out to be great as long as there are no problems with it.
When problems arise, you are left alone with them because you cannot count on help.
It has been impossible to use it for several weeks and I have already written several messages to the company regarding this matter, using various communication channels provided on their websites.
And nothing, unprofessional silence.

To FreeGrabApp: if you are supposed to copy/paste, if you do this to everyone who reports problems here: "send your problem or wish, please use this link", then please do not answer me at all.

Doesn't work with Amazon Prime. Problem that has persisted since November 2023. I sent a new report on February 12, but it was deleted. New report today February 17th
canceled my complaint again. They're even unfair than i thought. Refund requested via Paypal

I had Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime. from the first time I loaded the software there was always a problems. The amount of problems is to long to detail. they ranged from licence issues, login issues software crashes is just a few

I like that it can download YouTube videos but it downloads videos much slower than another program I was using.
It would be helpful if it would add a separate folder for each download group or link that has multiple videos. It did crash once when I added a link with over 200 videos. So I’m not sure how stable the program is with large downloads. Time will tell as I use the app more.

As this is the umbrella company and most common used software not working I give the warning here.

Disney Plus, Netflix and Amazon Prime all no longer working.

04-09-2023 Disney Plus stopped working after an update, many tickets back and forth with the company with no helpful responses just we will fix it soon, today 01-02-2024 it is still not working so all subscription cost has gone in the bin with not even an offer to give a free licence for the lost months once fixed.

Now, Netflix is no longer working nor is Amazon Prime. I no longer have confidence that there is even going to be a fix seen as Disney Plus is still not fixed.

I moved Disney Plus over to Movipilot with 0 issues many months ago and if these remaining 2 I have don't get fixed soon I will move everything over permanently as I still have valid key for many months left.

When these programs worked they worked pretty well, however, they have problems quite frequently and takes forever to fix with no information as to what is happening or what they doing to fix it all you get is they are fixing it which I don't believe they are even working on it as many other companies fix these same problems with in a day or 2 which is due to changes the platforms have made.

Take from this review what you wish and I hope it prevents some people from losing their money. If this company don't want to keep losing customers they really need to improve on communication (Support) and actually fix the problems and not just keep sending template messages that do not help anything.

At the beginning FreeGrabApp worked decently, but since the latest updates, I have been unable to download any media. The reason is that you can't login to your subscriptions anymore (for me Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+).
When will they admit that there software doesn't work anymore? A real shame

Placed order for a key, no e-mail with the key after 24hrs. Sent an email to their support. No notification they even received that. Reporting them to my bank.

I bought the Freenetflix downloader from FreegrabApp yesterday. I received the key few second after and the activation was very easy. It worked immediately. I let it download few Netflix movies, and I was very glad because every thing worked perfectly. I do not know for the future, but at the moment, I am satisfied with the App. The price of the app is also cheap compared to other Netflix downloader. I do recommend this.

I submitted a ticket that videos could not be downloaded from Disney+. It got stuck after pasting URL when program was trying to fetch information. I got a reply that this issue was known, and a message would be sent when issue is resolved. It has now been over 1 month, still no information or solution.

First - If you visit this website they actually solicite positive reviews by offering a free key for their software. So the cards are stacked against any true reviews.

Second - I downloaded the trial version and tried to use it, you can download 1080p quality for some of the tv shows that I tried. However when I tried to download a movie all I could get was 540p. Have been reading a lot about how Netflix has changed something in there programing preventing software such as freegrabapp from downloading 1080p and even 720p.

Doesn't work and lots of fake reviews as they offer a Free premium key for Fake reviews.
