Over disney app

You should find a way to download the complete season in one step.

Takes to much time copy and paste one by one episode

FreeGrabApp is the most convenient application for downloading videos from the Internet that I have come across. And the quality of the downloaded videos is high, which is very pleasing, because I like to watch new films.

I purchased this app and then relied on Tech Support to get it to work.

They failed, and since have refused to refund my purchase.

Do not waste you money

Just to make it clear I have 4 licenses Netflix,Prime, Disney and YouTube. In January I advised you that I hand been kicked out of prime and Disney when I didn't get assistance I advised you for a second time this time I had a message stating not to duplicate. When again you did not resolve or even respond I submitted a further 3 attempts and once again you did not respond. In the end I bought a lifetime license with your competitors.

Highly inconsistent with captures and highly intermittent stability wise. Not due to network stability but definitely unstable as an application which works if you don't mind downloading by paste & download one URL at a time. When you paste multiple URLS, one by one and start a batch DL run (irrespective of one by one sequentially or up to three in parallel), more often than not at least one in three requested items fails and those failed need to be restarted or you may even end up clearing out the tmp files and dB files just to get it to restart and do a batch successfully.

Only used with Prime Video and Disney+, where 90% of requests on PV were achieved and the other 10% required multiple attempts. 10% reliable success rate with D+, meaning 90% of DL requests needed to be repeated or restarted multiple times. In both cases, some of this failure was due to intermittent app crashes/lockups, sometimes requiring a clean up of tmp files and removing caches to restart successfully enough to restart some of the failed DL requests.

One of the WORST customer services I have ever dealt with! FreeGrabApp has not given me a refund after creating a support ticket and speaking with a rep for a week straight. They wanted me to state my reasons for a refund, which I did (not satisfied with the product, doesn't offer hard subtitles, you can only export subtitles as separate files) but it wasn't enough apparently. Instead of working with me to remedy the issue, they kept defending themselves saying that I should have known beforehand that exporting videos with hard subtitles was never one of their functions. Save your money and go elsewhere for a higher quality product and more respectful customer service.

This program is terrific, it downloads movies and TV reries from any site ( Netflix - disney + - hulu and others.
For all people who are looking for a program to download movies / tv series this program is the top 1, freegrabapp can not replace anyone.
The advantages of this program is that it is very fast to download any movie or tv series, I am very satisfied with freegrabapp. I have been using it for years and never complained.
If you happen to try this program you will never stop using it.
for me this program is number one in the world, there is no program that can download movies and series with this great speed.
In conclusion I wanted to say that I recommend it to you because nothing and no one can replace it,
in a few minutes i get my favorite series and movie to watch wherever and whenever i want.
everyone can use it.
The quality of the movies and TV series are very high definition and also the audio part.
this program has changed my life.

When I tried to download from Disney+,
frequently it fails.
It stops 89%-97%.
Then I have to retry,finally it succeed.

Fake. These guys are involved in review manipulation. Absolute Fraudsters. In their app they have rigged it as it would only work if the user gives a good review on this site. Please do not trust these reviews and the app itself, it's a scam don't fall for it. And I hope the website moderates flag these moronic scumbags

it is not supporting series episode to doownload

I do not like that I cannot put the software on my laptop AND my desktop.

Does not work. "Network Error" every time I try to download. I tried multiple times following instructions to the letter. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Simply does not work. Do not bother.

I know I have only given this 4 stars (so far), but this is probably one of the best software purchases I have made. It was a good solution to my problem.

The problem is/was that I have some quite old tech (original IPad) that works well (more reliable than some of the upgrades). It's mainly used by my kids and watching videos whilst we're on long trips is an easy way to keep them distracted. The problem is that old tech isn't supported by latest operating systems and so we can't use popular streaming apps - hence using FreeGrabApp.

The app is straightforward to download. Once installed, there is a link to purchase a license - would be more comfortable if transaction was in pounds/sterling as banks sometimes charge a bit for transactions in other currencies.

YOU HAVE TO HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE STREAMING SERVICE. Go to the webpage of the streaming service and select the video, then copy the url. Go back to the app and click paste, then download. This was all relatively straightforward, especially with a good fiberoptic connection.

It is apparently possible to download 5 videos simultaneously, but this usually resulted in a non-responsive programme. The app can handle 3 downloads simultaneously with no major issues. I did seem to have issues with crashes on the Mickey Mouse streaming service, but this may not be down to the app.

In terms of video quality, 1440 x 1080 was best I could manage. Some videos were 720.

The program did the job it was asked to do and I was happy. Only reason for 4 stars is that a few weeks ago, I was sent an offer for a discount, but when I tried to use it (before expiry) it would not work. I'll have to see if the offer relating to writing a review is honoured - if so, I would probably revise my review
