I just received my new beautiful cycling RUSH Jersey. It was a wrong size Xmas gift. I paid the $15 postage n got my replacement n a couple weeks! EZ! Super nice professional quality! Customer service was outstanding! Thank you so much!

Freestyle Cycling has been my #1 Jersey company for several years. First, the quality of their Jerseys are comparable to the top jersey manufacturer’s in the world(no details are missed in their designs) . Secondly, Freestyle Cycling Jersey prices are Very reasonable and not like other jersey company’s were you pay so much more for the same quality. Thirdly, customer service is direct, quick and both easy and pleasant to work with. My Nordic Ski Team have been very happy with no complaints on the design & quality of our Team Jersey’s. I can honestly say even my older jersey's have stood up to the test of time with No Zipper or Seam failures.

This is a high-quality cycling jersey. It has a full length zipper at the front you can adjust while riding, it also has pockets on the back for your protein bars or any other small items you may want to take on your ride. Also being long sleeved for added sun protection. Overall a great jersey, I highly recommend this jersey. Will Buy from this company again

I paced an order on January 22 for a bike jersey. After over a week of not receiving tracking information, I contacted customer service and spoke with Adele. After my email with her, my order was changed to shipped status and I was told it would arrive in 7-10 days. I later checked and it also said that the order had been refunded. I checked the tracking and 5 days later the item hasn't even left China. This company is hideous. They front that they are based in London but everything is shipped from China! I even called the London phone number on their website and it is not working. Adele in another email told me that their practice is to issue refunds to customers who don't trust them and then expect payment once the item is received. What kind of business practice is that??? My gut instinct is sensing a scam. It does not take a week for an item to be shipped out of China!!! My item is still there and I don't expect to receive it. But who knows...maybe it will arrive next month and be too small like others have claimed in their reviews. I wish I could rate zero or negative stars because the customer service and experience with this scam company has been horrible. I'm only shopping online stateside or Europe, never China!

Kidding, right? Surely would cost more to return than the jersey cost. Realistically, yes, I'd call this a plain old scam.

I've purchased several jerseys from Freestyle cycling, including a customized one and really like their quality. This winter the Norwegian thermal jersey went on sale, so I ordered it. The process went normal until the jersey got to Chicago and then it just stayed there for 2 weeks. I reached out to support and Adele said she had already ready organized a reship. A week and a half later it was at my house and it fit great! 🙀😸😸😻

Ordered 2 biking styles for husband and son. Loved them but the fleece style was a bit tight and heavy for Florida biking. Customer service was super helpful and overdelivered with suggestions and shipping out new lighter weight jerseys!

Great customer service, excellent cycling clothing. I ordered from them 3 times; on one occasion I had forgotten to include a refund promo code and they managed to apply this refund right after I had received the marchandise! I highly recommend Freestylecycling for your shopping.

Terrible. My shoes were too small. The shoes were promptly return in their original packaging as per “return” instructions. Company representatives have been radio silent on status or refund for weeks. Terrible terrible experience. Avoid this company.

I purchased a cycling jersey which was way too small - I ordered per their size chart. The material is also questionable. The delivery was delayed a long time. The problem with returning it is that the purchaser is to pay the shipping charges - which was $19.50 by USPS - just about 1/2 the price of the shirt.
I would not do business with this outfit again!

After seeing a great jersey on a fellow rider, I found freestylecycling and went online to order a jersey. It required some persistence to find what I was looking for, and another treasure in the process, but then ordering was ok. The shipment occurred reasonably quickly, and made it through customs without holdup, but then the process stalled with no meaningful status as the expected delivery date was delayed in 2-day increments. But then it arrived after I contacted freestylecycling and received a kind response. Once received I was pleased that sizing was consistent with their sizing chart and that the quality of the jerseys is very good.

Ordered 2 men's cycling jerseys. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear because some reviews said jerseys were smaller than customary. It took six weeks for jerseys to arrive from China! The free cycling website appeared to be a UK store and nowhere did it mention these jerseys were made and shipped from China! Although I ordered XL size (I normally wear L) the jerseys were 2 sizes too small! They offered to replace if I mailed them back in the original package. Because they require they be returned to China postage was going to cost me $92! That is nearly what I paid for the jerseys to begin with! In my humble opinion this is a scam.

I didn’t have the perfect files to start with, but they went the extra mile to make sure everything turned out great. The price was very reasonable, the quality is top-notch, and the customer service was super helpful and dedicated throughout the whole process.

This is actually the second time I’ve used their custom service, and both times have been excellent. I’m not being paid or sponsored—just a happy customer who will definitely be back for more.

Can’t say enough about this company. Sent them a photo and they returned a jersey that looked identical. If I have the money, I’d buy 100 custom kits from them! Highly recommend!

I recently ordered a bike shirt and had a couple of occassions since the initial order where I wanted to clarify the order status and delivery.
This is the only on-line order where I have experienced quick, personal, and detailed responses to my inquiries.
I will not hesitate to place an order with Free Style Cycling going forward!

My son bought me a cycling shirt but it was too tight fit so I asked to return it and was given an address in China (they hide this fact on the website and pretend to be in London). To be fair, they did offer to send a replacement, for $12, but it was really hard work finding out the dimensions of their jerseys, to make sure the replaceemnt would fit.
The replacement was slow to be sent, then got "lost" by their courier. They agreed to send another one but this was delayed due to Chinese New Year holidays. Eventually it showed up, after 7 wks and 12 emails.
I'd not buy from Freestyle Cycling again, and it has put me off buying anything from China again - it's just too hard work if you want to return or get a replacement. Shirt quality was OK, but material was very thin.

I had an issue with a jersey that was damaged in transit. After a little back and forth it was replaced free for charge. Thanks.

I ordered a womens jersey and men's kit. The jerseys are fine - decent quality and fit is as expected. The bibs on the mens kit has two different types of fabric. Thick black fabric on the legs and lower torso (around the chamois), a horizontal seam about mid way up the lower torso then lightweight grey fabric that is see through from the back side at just the place where you probably wouldn't want it to be transparent from behind.
