Ordered mtb body armour from these…

Ordered mtb body armour from these guys. Website said they had three items in stock yet it took them a week after taking payment to tell me they were out of stock. Seems dishonest. Needed the armour for a race which i wont not be able to source in time now. Yet to get a refund, Won't be using this company again.

After waiting and waiting

After waiting and waiting, package finally arrived. Only to find out I had been sent the wrong order. I had purchased 3 pairs of dickies pants for my partner because he was going overseas. I got shoes instead. I emailed customer service, they were nice about everything and told me I can return the shoes, but now they no longer had one of the pants I ordered? I live in rural Australia and I just couldn't get to the post office. So I decided to keep the shoes. But the only thing is I paid just over $200 for the pants. And I looked on their website for the shoes and they're only $120. So I asked if I could get refunded the difference or even a voucher or something. NO REPLY

Extremely slow delivery

Extremely slow delivery - paid for express postage and item wasn't even posted before the estimated delivery day. Very slow response from customer service. I had to remind them about the item I purchased. Currently in a PayPal dispute. Avoid this retailer.

Unfortunately, due to a human error, the wrong label was added on the package and it wasn't sent with the postage method you have chosen. Therefore, you are 100% entitled to receive a refund for the postage fee and in order to compensate for the inconveniences created, we can also offer you a 20% discount/refund for the product.

Hope this will improve your experience with FreestyleXtreme and amend/change this review and accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences created!

Best website I ever ordered on

Best website I ever ordered on. Super quick delivery ( even to Australia) and super easy exchange process. Efficient and helpful communication with the staff.

Product was not what I ordered

Product was not what I ordered. Returned bag and many messages later have not received a reply or refund. Bought as a Christmas present for my son. Very disappointed and $150 out of pocket, my son wanted this snow board bag for trip to Japan shortly and needs to purchase another.

Your return was confirmed earlier this week so we created a new order for the replacement and instructed our warehouse to inspect the item to make sure it is correct this time around.

Sadly they have informed us that all our stock is similar to the roller bag you received, so it appears that we won't be able to supply you with the correct bag, our deepest apologies for this inconvenience.

Is there another item you wish to receive ? or should we process the full refund of your order?
