After having difficulty locating a replacement part for my VonHaus router I contacted DOMU customer services who supplied me FOC a complete new machine to extract the item needed with also a prepaid return label. I can’t thank them enough for their help and quick assistance.

Poor communication no stock
I made an order on a product for next day delivery as I was leaving on the following day. I received an email the morning of the day they were due to arrive saying they didn’t have any stock. Now I have no gloves and no time to get any. The additional items that they did have they didn’t bother to send either. Poor communication and email response, had to call up to get a refund. Be aware this company obviously don’t carry stock and have a back order system, which means you might not get your order when they say you will.

Really sorry for the poor experience you had with us Chris, we're currently moving warehouse & the particular pair of gloves you wanted were mistakenly added to the truck rather than being added to the picking trolley for your order. Unfortunately we were also short staffed that week so it was a genuine human error, the items you wanted were not back order ones.

I ordered a snowboard and didnt have all the information and the staff in freestyleXtreme answered all my doubts, all my requests and helped me track my board until it arrived in Canada, and then they gave me all the information to track it until it arrived in Victoria, BC.
