It took almost 4 months to get my boots. I had to call and email soooo many times! They never followed up with me until I initiated it. They were always polite, however it was a horrible experience. Apparently instead of "ave" they had "st". The item was lost or stolen several times - they said. Once I finally got my Sidi's I absolutely love them but I had to work too hard to get them.

We hate to see our customers upset and disappointed about their experience with us. The first address that was provided to by yourself was incorrect so the parcel ended up being returned to us. After finding this out, we did send the parcel back to with and upgraded your postage to express as a good will gesture, with bad luck, this parcel got lost. Sadly, this does happen from time to time and the courier doesn't make us aware until we inquire about it, this did cause delay to your parcel. But we did send out the items again for you, on express again to try to make up for the time lost and included a goody pack too.
