Overall good service
Kit easy to use, instructions straight forward, results processed timely and site easy to access and clearly presented. However, the sample was taken and posted on 3/10/22 as directed but not actually received in lab until 12/10/22. States that sample should be processed quickly after collected and was haemolysed due to long transit time so not sure why it took so long to be received. This caused anxiety as kept checking site for receipt and almost emailed to request another kit.

Ordered this on the 4th of this month, it came on the 5th. I sent it off same day & got my results on the 8th!! Amazing.. better then having to wait the usual 2-3 weeks. Free test kit & freepost back to the lab. I deffo recommend if you need fast results & I also would say order at 12 midnight :)

The sample may have been tested (see event log) however due to time between collection and testing a reliable result cannot be issued.
From the time I collected the test to posting it was less than 12 hours, these are the results. It was painful sticking myself with a needle to get the blood and apparently a complete waste of time.
