Dear BBC,

It seems the South East TV has no place in the Freeview programmes and that South East TV viewers have not any access in choosing what they want to see and what not.
How is it possible on the 21st century anything as technically primitive as Freeview can rule what different parts of the UK can see in their tellies and even getting at all to a large part of the channels?
There must be a more up-to-date means to run something as unique as the British TV network and to give equal choice of TV programmes to every citizen on this island.

Now a seriously poor choice of entertainment

Yet again Freeview has decided to lose channels with NO notice, having already lost a plethora of channels I enjoyed, had to re tune my LG to receive anything at all to discover ALL of the Quest channels,Dave, Really, among many others have disappeared, now down to 77 channels from a peak of some 160, channels that are left are in the main utter dross or worse shopping.

For six days this week no tv

For six days this week no tv. For the first four days only bbc channels and nothing else. For the last two days all we can get is itv c4 c5 more4+1 etc. Attitude from freeview, hunax and bbc is 'just put up with iti'. Bbc says there is no work being done Freeview says there is. I was sold freeview and £289 humax box specifically that we would never lose signal. Freeview and Humax are nothing but fraudsters. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM.

I have never had a problem with my tv…

I have never had a problem with my tv until I bought a Samsung tv and using built in free view. There is nothing wrong with my antenna which they seem to keep wanting to blame. Give me free sat over free view any day.

What is the point of Freeview?

What is the point of Freeview?? Even @ Christmas, you’d think they'd put on something decent to watch.. but no. Back in the old days of LWT there’d be films old day long till the evening with family viewing now it’s just constantly watching rubbish, which should be a days of enjoyment!! SHAME ON YOU FREEVIEW!!

TV fine one minute

TV fine one minute. Next min completely unwatchable. All pixelating. Freeview is a joke, but suppose cos it's "free" we are expected to just put up with a crap service. Thinking about ditching it as it's more unwatchable than it is watchable.

Freeview is so bad it is untrue…

Freeview is so bad it is untrue sometimes. There are so many terrible channels with cheap reality TV, shocking 'freakshow' documentaries and endless runs of films which were flops in the first place. I would get Netflix if I could because at least you can watch films or TV in different languages and occasionally find something decent. Does anyone actually make programmes any more?

Disappointed and annoyed!

It just seems extremely annoying that we were all forced into buying “wonderful” digital TVs when the Freeview TV reception is now worse than ever. Now, every time there is a hint of sunshine, or High Pressure weather, most of our TV channels (Talking Pictures, Sky Arts etc) disappear. Also, the major channels pixilate or freeze intermittently as well, whatever the weather. Also there is no way to complain to anyone so that things could improve. We are not happy and feel we have been conned into spending lots of money on buying digital TVs for an inferior service.

Customer service phone gets cutoff half…

Customer service phone gets cutoff half way through opening recording. Cannot register a complaint. When tv programme is popular (match of the day etc) freeview cannot cope in my area. Screen freezes and pixelates. My tv 3 weeks old and does not have any problems. All down to freeview in my area. I have no problem with freeview when I use my Bt box or on sky.

Pixilated problems with Freeview

When analogue was still available I received a good quality picture.
Since the big digital switch on, i now get pixilated pictures on most of the channels, and it's hit and miss if I can get Talking pictures along with any film channel .
I can however get all the selling channels which are of no interest to me . I need to give a date to the problem .YEARS

It doesn't work on a laptop

They say you can watch freeview online on your laptop by selecting play from their TV guide. This is rubbish. The only things that work are the links they use to the BBC iPlayer. Nothing else works, it just brings up a pop-up to download their app. So, in short it doesn't work on a laptop and for BBC channels you may as well cut out the middle man and go straight to iPlayer.
