I love the product. Its not available in North America, so I had to order from here.
The price was fair.
Shipping was slow, but that's just how it is.
Took about 5 days for the order to be packed and shipped.
Once that was done, I was given tracking numbers so I knew where my package was at.
Everything arrived intact.
It took about 3 weeks to receive my order, but that's to be expected.
I will order from here again.

This company is dishonest
This company is dishonest, and I will never order anything from them again. Their lie of omission regarding duty fees buried in section four of the terms of service causes customers to believe they are only paying the exorbitant shipping fee noted on the checkout page and NOT any other fees. I now have a FedEx charge of $48 for duties. This should be a clear warning on the checkout page, but they hide it to keep from losing sales.

Two weeks in and they still have not shipped my order. I contacted them and they had no information about when in might ship so I asked them to cancel the order. They refused. Had to open a dispute with my bank to try to reclaim the lost money.

Copies Content From Other Brands — Major Red Flag
Full disclosure: I work for one of the brands whose content this store has been copying. We found our original product photos and videos being used across their social media without authorization — including videos featuring our own team members, edited to remove branding and identifications.
This matches public reports on Reddit of customers experiencing poor response times, copied website design, and lack of transparency. A business that takes other brands’ intellectual property — and uses footage of real people without their consent — is a serious warning sign about how they operate.
Do not recommend.

Where do I begin
Where do I begin? First, it took over 3 weeks to receive the products I ordered. Secondly, the shipping box was smashed up as were the boxes of products I ordered with one box had no product inside - it was totally empty. Customer service is beyond terrible. Mathieu is my contact person who does not offer any customer service. He does not respond quickly to emails. It's been over 10 days since he responded. I highly suggest not buying anything from this company.

AVOID - Nothing Shipped Two Months Later
AVOID! Ordered two months ago, no shipping updates, no helpful replies from customer service, have replied a few times with the same generic 'were looking into it' said a month ago it would be delivered in 24-48hrs, that was a lie. Very scammy! Took my money but still no package.

This website seems to be a scam
I placed Order #162573 and paid approximately $200. The website states that orders are shipped within two business days, but my order has still not been shipped, and the company cannot provide any estimated shipping date or tracking information.
I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund, but they told me they could neither cancel it nor issue a refund. Their responses have been very limited, and they repeatedly claim they cannot provide any clear information about when the products will be sent.
This is the first time I have experienced a company refusing both to deliver an order within the advertised timeframe and to refund the payment. I find this completely unacceptable. Unless the issue is resolved immediately, I intend to report the matter to the relevant consumer-protection and payment authorities.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Paid for FedEx express international shipping took 5 emails weeks after my order to get a response on would ship soon they were backed up. A week later still nothing called my bank to dispute and let them know all of a sudden a tracking number but they did not fill out customs docs right so just sitting there and nothing can be done luckily my bank refunded me the money. Carebybeauty site got my products in 10 days no issues and great communication.
