Placed an order over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Can’t get a straight or honest answer from the customer service team. At this point I’m tempted to get my bank involved. Would never use this website again! I wish I’d checked trust pilot reviews before I placed an order. Lesson learned the hard way I’m afraid!

5 generations of Biafine use. 🩷

Order not fulfilled and customer service message ignored
I placed my order on 13 July 2026. As stated on their website (4 to 7 days’ delivery time), I sent an initial email 10 days after placing my order to ask for details regarding my order and an estimated delivery date. I then received a brief reply stating that they were unable to provide a date. I sent another email asking for an update, but received no reply. To date, I have received neither any information nor a refund.
I strongly advise you not to order from this website, which fails to honour its commercial commitments, has highly questionable customer service, and does not appear to fulfil its orders.
UPDATE 13th of August 2026:
To date, I still haven't received any products. My order was placed a month ago, and I haven't received any communication from customer service. Your response of July 30th is therefore incorrect and only demonstrates your lack of professionalism. Do not order from this website under any circumstances.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Misleading Delivery Times
I placed my order over 20 days ago and selected the 2-day express delivery option. Unfortunately, my order is still showing as pending—it has not even been picked or shipped. After waiting patiently, I requested a refund, as I felt it was unreasonable to continue waiting for an order that had made no progress. The only response I received was that orders cannot be refunded once placed and that I would have to wait for the items to be delivered before returning them. This makes no sense when the order hasn't even been processed or dispatched. Since then, I have sent three follow-up emails over the past two weeks requesting to escalate my complaint to management , all of which have been completely ignored. I am now sending my fourth email in an attempt to get an update, with no confidence that anyone will respond. Misleading delivery expectations, and an unreasonable refund policy have resulted in a very poor customer experience. I feel like I have been robbed of £164.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The advertised 2-day express delivery is misleading, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I'm currently on holiday and should not have to spend my time chasing customer service for an order that hasn't even left the warehouse.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Poor communication,

Product legit, international shipping slow
I love the product. Its not available in North America, so I had to order from here.
The price was fair.
Shipping was slow, but that's just how it is.
Took about 5 days for the order to be packed and shipped.
Once that was done, I was given tracking numbers so I knew where my package was at.
Everything arrived intact.
It took about 3 weeks to receive my order, but that's to be expected.
I will order from here again.
