Beware: Duties charged
I ordered two Avene products and it took several weeks for them to arrive. A week after I received them I got text and email messages from fedex stating that $20.20 in duties was due. I wouldn’t have bought if I knew that there would be an additional $20 cost.

Worst Experience Ever
I placed an order for a $10 item. Delivery was $20. I attempted to cancel the order and was told processing had begun. However after weeks of no communication I questioned why the delay. I was told the processing was taking longer than expected (?). Shipment arrived a month later box damaged. Two weeks after delivery I have received an invoice for duty fees from FEdEx! I paid $20 for shipping!!! This company is a scam. Worst experience ever.

I placed my first order with French Beauty Hub on September 16, and I still haven’t received it.
The expected delivery time was supposed to be a little over a week. We are now October 1, and despite contacting customer service, I still don’t have a clear update or a working tracking number.
What is even more concerning is seeing other customers on Trustpilot reporting very similar issues, including orders dating back to July that apparently still haven’t been received.
I have tried to be patient, but this is simply unacceptable. I paid for an order more than two weeks ago and I still don’t have the product or a clear explanation of where my package is.
I have given them until tomorrow morning to provide me with a proper update. If I don’t receive a satisfactory response, I will contact my credit card company to dispute the payment.
I hope this situation gets resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

Effectively stole my money.
I ordered a product on 6th August 2026. I have emailed 4 times, used their online chat function and kept being told someone will get in touch. Every email ignored, no one had been in touch and item not shipped. £30 gone.

It has now been almost 4 months since i placed an order with this “company”.
At first, they were replying to emails at least, albeit every 4-5 days. They said my order was shipped and provided a fake tracking number to buy themselves some time.
Now they dont even respond to any communication line. Order was $195.
This business is a SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My order arrived in good condition and the quantity was correct. The customer service were very quick to respond as I was questioning where my package was, due to my location (New Zealand) it had many stops to get here. So yes I would definitely use FBH again but will anticipate that it will take a long time to arrive.

Always Genuine Goods
I really appreciate the availability of proper branded beauty goods from here. I used to buy on Amazon, but I started receiving fakes. I use a bunch of specialty lotions for post-radiation and post-chemotherapy healing, many times a day, and so having fakes was not acceptable. I have been so happy to find French Beauty Hub since then, and I've always gotten just what I ordered!

Been waiting for almost 2 months for these products to arrive. No sign of tracking information or any explanations from the support team.
I paid a considerable amount of money and NOTHING has arrived. I suspect there was a stock issue and are just waiting for the products. They could at least send whatever they DO have.
It’s better if you order directly from the online SVR store which has better service, shipping, and the same prices.
I’m getting more and more convinced these guys could be scammers.

Company not trustworthy. Outrageous delivery costs. It is absolutely impossible to cancel an order. I emailed them immediately after purchase to cancel it and they simply replied they couldn't do anything. Customer service is so bad. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You are better off ordering directly from the beauty company of your choice. This middle-man company has NO added value whatsoever. There is absolutely NOTHING positive to say about this company. The process was long, painful, customer is being ignored. Just a big NO NO.
