Placed an order online 9th January and paid £3.95 delivery charge. It’s now Wednesday 15th January and still not received item! An email this morning states now shipped but why has it taken a week to send especially when paying for delivery? Not good service at all, need to get their act together!!

Harper Try Before You Buy was…
Harper Try Before You Buy was excellent. The 5 stars is for their service which avoided me paying up front thankfully as French Connection would be a 1 quality was poor and sizing was bizarre.. would like to use Harper again but wouldn't with French Connection.

My experience was brilliant. I ordered four winter coats which I would not have been able to afford otherwise. I kept one and returned the others without any problems.
I also think that 5 days to decide on the final purchase is more than enough.
I certainly will use this service again.
Great service
I ordered 2 dresses, both in M & L, which would have been expensive, however the try before you buy made everything easy. I also had a small problem when trying to send 1 of the dresses back, my fault for downloading the wrong information for sending back through the post office, however I quickly found French connections tele-number & actually got to speak to a person who immediately sent the right barcode for my to return, problem solved, so in my opinion the best customer service I have had. I will def be using French connection from now on xx

Great customer service. Had an issue with an order recently in London and was really pleased with how fast the customer service resolved it for me. Amazing- will be shopping with them again.
French Connection and DFS
DFS are selling furniture that shows it is designed by French Connection. We have a dispute with DFS over the furniture and wrote a review about the fact French Connection was mentioned but weren’t responsible. We partly bought the furniture because of the good name of French Connection so disappointed now.

My bag was stolen.
Went yesterday into the FC shop in Duke Street London and was robbed of my bag with all cards, passport etc. I know it’s my own stupid fault to loose sight for 5 seconds of my bag, but the staff was absolute not helping at all and didn’t show any empathy with me. Even worse, the girl said: this happens every day here and you need to watch your own stuff. Of course I know that, I am from Amsterdam😀. But a small interest or asking if I was okay, didn’t happen. No interest or whatsoever. And can tell you that I was in complete panic having no cards and passport anymore. A bit more sympathy could have been showed, but staff hardly responded to my questions and did not show any sorry.

They took money for an online order twice and are refusing to reimburse me
I have tried and tried and tried to get the money back and they refuse
I will never use them ever again as they cannot be trusted

I was taking back an item to exchange for a bigger size, the gentleman and a lady, was exceptional with their customer service ,sorry I didn't get your names but it was so nice to experience such service nothing was to much trouble..thank you I will definitely be returning.
French Connection wrong company
I bought clothes from French Connection but did not receive a confirmation email. Luckily, I had taken screenshots. After two weeks of silence, I wrote an inquiry on their website and sent an email. From the website, I received a fake tracking number with a note from DPD that I had received the item. Meanwhile, through email, I was told that the items had not been shipped. The DPD company confirmed that they had no record of such an order. When I reported all of this to support, I received a refund the same day. At least thank you for that. My daughter bought a dress for a wedding earlier than I did, but she received it after 2.5 weeks when it was no longer needed...

I bought a pair of jeans that ripped within just two months of use. It’s really disappointing when you expect durability and get let down so quickly. While the company did refund my money, it doesn’t change the fact that the quality was severely lacking. Respect and trust are hard to earn, and unfortunately, this experience didn’t help.

Absolutely disgusted with the service.
Ordered items and was sent the incorrect sizes. Packaging had one size on it and the item inside was different. Called up and said they would correct it and the correct one will be sent out working next day ( paid for it twice) to be told after a week later when called up it is out of stock and will send it out in a few days yet showing availability on the website. Benefit of doubt still waited another week to call up again to told not sure when it will back in stock, no emails no sign of the 1st order refund.Really disappointed as I could not wear this on my holiday and above all false false information simply lies being told. Had to call up and request a refund for the full order ended up paying 3x.

Will deny your statutory rights - avoid!
Despite going back and forth multiple times, this retailer is refusing to honour legal rights in respect of refunds and instead just parrot their internal policies.
They refused to address specific points in my complaint regarding rights set out, in law, and instead copied and pasted their own policy repeatedly.
Staggering that a large retailer has such a flagrant disregard for their customers.
Truly disappointed as this is a brand I have loved for years.

My point throughout has been that the earrings are unopened in a sealed pack, but have been told at least 7 times that you will not accept the return so I am very confused by the reply...

Entered the incorrect delivery address and rang FCUK call centre this morning. Answered immediately by really helpful agent. Resolved with a call back with an hour. First class service. Would highly recommend.
Poor quality and poor customer service
I reviews a pair of white trousers which needed hemming after one wear. The online review before purchase described the trousers as good quality . They are unwearable because the hem on one leg has come away completely. After reviewing on trust pilot FC asked for the order number which I gave . I emailed over photographs but received an email asking for photographs . I replied saying these were sent but have received no reply whatsoever.
