Have just used Harpers Try before you buy with French Connection- and although the dresses i sent for didn't suit me it was great to be able to return them quickly without waiting for a refund !! Would definitely recommend!!

I have two beautiful dresses, both of which have received several compliments, and I was able to use their ‘try before you buy’ service to try two different sizes before having to make a payment. What an excellent and easy to use service. Well done French Connection.

Followed washing instruction but clothing shrunk to child size after first wash. I won't make the mistake of buying from French Connection again. Unsatisfactory response from customer service.

Lovely quality and stylish matching two piece. Great for occasions or casual mix and match. Delivery on time....all great.

I am in disbelief on how I've just been treated in store. I brought a lovely jumper but it had a large thread on sleeve and one on the back. The store didn't have another one so I had a look around for an exchange but wasn't anything at the moment I really wanted. I asked for a credit note and the lady went to the back with the jumper for nearly 10 minutes and then came back and said I'm sorry I've just tried to show my manager the threads but I couldn't find them, I thought that strange because I'd already shown her and when I looked I couldn't see them either, I turned the sleeve inside out and the lady or the manager had pulled both threads back through the jumper to deceive me! Made me think I'm going crazy. I cannot believe they'd do this to a customer. I'm a very fair person but this experience has put me off buying in the future. To purposely do this is disgusting.

A-overcharging a dress that I kept as part of their try on initiative. The dress online was £66 down to £44 but the full price on the label on the dress is £25.
B- contacted them on their email provided and heard no reply after sending 3 emails.
C- wrote a 1 star review on Trustpilot and recieved a reply immedietly telling me to email them my order details and photos (which I aready had done 3 times so why would this time be different)
D-As I thought I recieved no reply and the responce on here was just them showing that they responded.
E- I have now been charged £44 for a dress that has a full price price tag of £25.

It has been resolved but it is highly unlikely that I am going to buy anything from you again. You are still selling that dress for £44 online and its £25 I am pretty sure that it is against consumer rights.

I love French connection clothes they're unique and good quality, I've never had an issue with the clothes I've bought and its always my go to.
The Harper service was excellent it's the first time I've used it and I love the fact you only pay for the items you decide to keep rather than paying upfront and waiting ages for a refund. Brilliant idea.

The Try Before You Buy service made my online shopping experience smooth and easy, just like being in a fitting room.

Quality of the clothing since the MIP takeover has nosedived. Received a tshirt today and the design just stuck on, a really cheap shiny plasticky decal, honestly like something you’d see on a market stall…also woolen gloves have holes / rips between the fingers.

Been buying FC / FCUK clothing for about 17/18 years. Just made my last order. Pathetic from a self described supposed ‘fashion label’…. Total junk.

Absolutely seamless experience. Love the fact you can try goods and then charged for the ones you keep. This saves time and hassle working out if you have had refunds. First class service French Connection...forward thinkers in what shopping online should be.

I recently purchased a Halkon rug from FC Homeware . I had some issues with the item when it arrived.
Thankfully- it was easy to get hold of Customer Services ( wish that was the case with a lot of companies who make themselves impossible to access) . Kurtis was a great Ambassador for the brand- knowledgeable, understanding and solution-focused. He looked into all the options to resolve the problem- responded quickly and came up with a brilliant resolution. I am a huge French Connection Homeware fan - with a house styled around so many items across the years - so it was great to discover that their Customer Services team lives up to the brand in all respects. French connection customer services absolutely no help!!! They take serval days to answer simple query, when time has lapsed & query enquiry not able to amend! Order had different details delivery & billing address, I’ve contacted them within -2 mins of conformation! When I

received any response too late just wait & will cancel or receive items back warehouse you will receive refund!! I don’t understand I only request parcel to be delivered to my home address or parcel shop!! Absolutely ridiculous customer service answers! If it wasn’t for items I really don’t need to contact these so called agents getting paid for customer services.. WHAT help!

Item was delayed numerous times and really late, still waitng I didn't get my order on time customer service didn't want to rectify or compensate.

Not happy, won't use them again

I bought a friend of mine the FCUK soap on a rope. The smell was nice but overpowering although I figured that would wear off in use. When opened, it was BLACK soap. Imagine the lather and splashes - all black too. Very messy in the shower. After six weeks of use, the soap near the rope is very cracked - I worry that it will give way before long - and the other end is swollen and has a bit missing. So all this happens as you use it and then hang it up. My friend decided to use it as a hand soap because of the mess it leaves in the shower. I took photos but there's nowhere to upload them. I cannot recommend this product.

27.2.25 FCUK say they don't sell this product but they most certainly do or did - just do a Google search. I got mine from Boots at Christmas 2024. It's a rude, curt, untruthful reply.

I used the try before you buy and it was great. So easy and saves having to wait for a refund. I kept the item and contact was frequent to let me know when they were going to take payment.
