Very poor quality for a high price
The dress I've purchased cost me 80 GBP and it looked pretty good on their website, too bad that in real life the fabric has such a low quality and bad texture that it actually become damaged,with an old wear and tear appearance after the 2nd wear only. I do not recommend them as a brand, very disappointing product for that price.

Poor customer service and quality
Poor customer service. My details were passed between several different agents all telling me different things. My item was faulty but it was made too difficult to return so did not bother. Wont buy from here again.
Worst Customer Service I've ever encountered
I bought a lot of FC jeans, until recently. I tried to clarify what sizes they're using now, as new jeans seemed to be sized smaller. Instead of just answering my question their customer services people just kept asking constant stupid questions, one after another, no matter how many questions I answered they just asked more, never answering my actual question, until I gave up. Never contact these people. I'll never buy from them again !!

Order Not Received + Poor Communication
Placed an order and after a week had passed, I hadn't received said order or received any communication so emailed for an update.
Only after my email to customer support, was I was informed that my ordered items were not in stock so my order was to be cancelled.
Appreciate these things can happen, but disappointed that I was the one to have to instigate the update on my order and consequent refund.

BIG NO to French Connection watches in India
The email id was provided to claim the warranty and how to proceed further. The seller mentioned the warranty was from the brand.
Did not get any support or info on how to proceed further. Just a standard response and no reply on further investigation.

Excellent and super friendly service
Excellent and super friendly customer service from Sarah-Jane in Tunbridge Wells store. I've been in twice now and each time she has gone above and beyond to help. On one occasion she popped into the stock room to hunt for a dress that wasn't on the shop floor because she had a hunch it was exactly what I was looking for. Just had to write a review as a thank you. Brilliant!

I bought a sale item
I bought a sale item. Noone drew my attention to the fact that if I wanted to return it after trying it on at home, I would not be able to get a refund. I'm now being offered a credit note by the store. This feels like I've been duped and French Connection are holding on to my money ensuring I have to spend it with them. I'm very unimpressed they use this policy and will be put off purchasing from them again, especially in the sale.

Delivery date is not from date of order. They have washed their hands of the issue
As long as everyone knows that delivery to Ireland takes 10 working days from date of despatch to delivery. Not date of order. I placed an order on 26th June. I just got an email confirmation that it should be due by 12th July.
Per the website. It's 7 - 10 working days. So that would be from Weds 5th - Monday 10th. No???
In response to French Connections reply. Nowhere does it state that the 7-10 working days is not from the date you place the order. It's up to 3 days later when they dispatch the order. Who waits over 2 weeks for an order from the EU these days?
And I might add that I asked French Connection what will happen my parcel as I'm away. To date, they are refusing to answer. Will the courier leave it in the bin or will it go missing? Shocking customer service. They might have mice clothes but not worth this. Totally false advertising
French Connection's solution was to tell me to sort out the delivery with their courier. I asked them to rearrange the delivery as the mess was caused by their delays. They have refused and haven't replied to my mail. So my delivery will most likely end up in the 'green bin' or lost.

Really Fabulous!
I have always received excellent customer service from French Connection...I shop on their website and I have contacted customer service a couple of times in the past.
Back in March this year I got muddled up with my returns label, so I phoned their customer service and my problem was solved super quickly!
A returns label was emailed to me within seconds and the lady who served me was polite, friendly and very helpful answering my questions.
I was so relieved to have this problem sorted out :-)
I'm sorry for my delay writing this review but thank you so much for everything.
I highly recommend French Connection.

Double charged in store - disgusting customer service
Double charged in store. No refund. No assistance to resolve. Told to take it up with the store when I am psychically unable to go into store. Awful customer service. Not provided with any other means/contact details for the store. Will never buy from this brand again. Completely disadvantaging its customers and does not care.

Don’t honour the price agreed at checkout
I bought two dresses advertised on Facebook for £36. I proceeded to the checkout with both dresses at this price, even the final page amounted to £72.
However, upon confirmation this increased to £88….Luckily I had taken a screenshot of the final amount before completion yet French Connection is asking me for proof of the advert!
This is appalling, it’s your own advert and your own checkout so they should honour the price. Going round in circles with CS despite providing proof.
Great customer service
The homeware products were not as expected, and although the note on the order said non refundable, customer service was happy to arrange a free collection.
Not helpful customer service
Asked them to change my delivery address as I made a mistake in it.It was straight away after ordering, they got back saying they changed it but in reality they did not. A lot of problems with retrieving it from a difficult neighbour. Not helpful customer service, not efficient apparently. For French Connection review the order number is UK448399

No receipt was included with my order…
No receipt was included with my order parcel so had to use the website to find a way to return items. There was an “Error” on my account page for me to return my items so could not return anything. I message customer service and they said they would process return for me after I sent he details to them. I sent the details to them but they never responded or sent me the return label. Still waiting for a response so will have to go through the whole process again. Very unhappy.
