Beware - scammers
Beware, this company is a total scam. I had to claim through my bank and Visa and luckily my case was ruled in my favour so I managed to get my money back. French Crown has been very frustrating, terrible customer service. I tried to cancel the order immediately after placing it, and they would not allow me, asking me to receive the goods first, implying I could then return them for a refund. After I received them they proceeded to claim I could not be refunded because I ordered "custom" items. Needless to say I never did, and they also delivered a suit in mismatched fabric colours, and in totally the wrong size. They only offered company credit, and kept refusing the option to return the items for a refund. Thankfully my payment card protected me. By far the most frustrating online shopping experience ever, avoid them at all costs!!
**UPDATE:
The reply below from French Crown is very hypocritical and a desperate attempt to save face now. I gave them PLENTY of opportunities to make things right, I even asked to escalate the issue to higher management but they were not interested and very very unhelpful and frustrating, hence me involving my credit card company, who investigated and agreed with me. Hopefully I can help others avoid the stress.

PSA: NEVER order from French Crown. They give you free shipping if you spend enough on their site and it took nearly a month to arrive. The pants I ordered (one size up from where I am btw) didn't fit and I've been trying to send them back. Returns sound so easy "45 day no questions returns!" and as it turns out, they don't have a number you can call, they only respond via email and they have done nothing but insist on exchanging rather than refunding- I've explained to them my wedding is coming very soon and they still are giving me the runaround and insisting that I exchange. Avoid this company if possible.
