I’ve ordered from French Crown before
I’ve ordered from French Crown before, so I’m already familiar with the delays and lack of urgency when it comes to shipping. Because of that past experience, I made sure to plan ahead this time. I specifically ordered a shirt on March 10th for Easter Sunday (April 5th), giving more than enough time for delivery.
However, I noticed that the order wasn’t being shipped in a timely manner. On March 23rd, I reached out to inquire about the delay, and I was told that my shirt had been shipped “per my request” which was confusing, as I had already placed and paid for the order weeks prior. It almost felt as though the item wasn’t going to be shipped until I followed up.
Shortly after that email, I finally received a shipping notification. This gave the impression that I had to remind their team to process and ship my order, which is unacceptable.
I followed up again on March 26th to ask whether the shirt would arrive before April 5th, but I have yet to receive a response.
The unfortunate part is that this shirt was purchased specifically for Easter Sunday. After that date, it serves little to no purpose for me. At this point, I have very little confidence that it will arrive on time, which disrupts my plans entirely.
Based on this experience, I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, accountability, and timely service. I will not be ordering from French Crown again. Ever.

I am a first time customer who purchased several suits as my 1st order. This included double and single breasted. I don't purchase suits across the internet because I don't know if they will fit, but for the price I took a chance. I did the customization by filling in my height and weight (5' 9" & 179 lbs.). I chose 42 Short, 32 W, & 32 L. I like a sleek fit. One pair of pants didn't fit at the waist and I wanted to exchange my double breasted for a single breasted. Their customer service person (MIa) worked with me via email and pictures with my pants-on (took pic of my waist down only) to ensure I chose the correct waist size. No matter what level of apprehension I had, they took their time to ensure I would get the right fit. What I learned was how much thinking ahead their in-house team did when they read my customization. They would question my decisions which led me try on my pants and take the pictures I mentioned. It took over a week of emails and pictures to get both them and me comfortable with my choice.
Fyi - given they are in India, I would send my email and get a response in the next day or two. I also used their WhatsApp chat (Veronica) if I needed to nudge them along.
In the end, I am receiving the pants with the correct waist, fingers-crossed, and they are exchanging the double breasted for a single. I paid, $35 for their shipping and was told to keep the originals as gesture of their service commitment. I am waiting for my revised order. I hope this helps if you are apprehensive and, like me, are used to purchasing high-end suits from notable stores or men's boutique who have great customer services. By the way, you will get compliments on your suit!
