Beautiful shirt; Imisread the size chart
First, the shirt is beautiful and well constructed. The sleeve length was accurate. But even tho my husband is slim, the shirt was so tight he could barely get it buttoned. I have looked back at my order and it is clear that I misunderstood the sizing chart. I correctly ordered the neck size and sleeve lengths but ordered an xs for the chest size. Obviously, a big mistake. I don't recall why I concluded this was the right size, so my advice is that if you normally order a medium or a large, continue to do that when you order a French Crown shirt.

Would avoid french crowne
Really disappointed with my experience with Crowne Global.
I placed an order and then heard basically nothing for weeks. No updates, no clear communication, just silence. It turns out my order hadn’t even been processed during that time, which was pretty frustrating to find out after the fact.
I tried to cancel because of the delay, but that was refused, and no one really acknowledged the issue or took any responsibility. It just felt brushed off.
The whole thing came across as disorganised and a bit dismissive. Not a great experience, and not something I’d go through again.
