Ordered a t-shirt on 2nd May, and no delivery of item, or response as to where it might be. I'm hoping PayPal can help.

As I saw online they have a bricks and mortar premises I studiply thought they would be legit, obviously not the case when it comes to online ordering. Stay well away.

Absolute scammers, AVOID at all costs, they take your money, get a tracking number then don’t post it out, waited nearly an hour for Royal Mail customer services on the phone but it was worth the wait as they confirmed this is what they do. Still waiting from 25th April, Multiple messages and calls without response, absolute vermin

Ordered a wallet and it has been 2 months. Received nothing but they say it was delivered. Asking for a refund is getting me nowhere either.

Really poor experience.
I ordered an item on the 14th November, was sent a tracking number on the 16th and as of today they are still expecting item.
I tried repeatedly to contact them with no response, also sent their Instagram page messages again no response.
Dreadful experience.

I found this site while browsing for some shoes ( karhu fusion xt ) in a colour way I couldn’t find anywhere else. I placed the order and received it less than a week to france in perfectly new condition and double boxed. The only negative is the lack of communication . I only received a confirmation order but no follow up. I had to message them on instagram to get the tracking info after a few days of nothing. Also the email doesn’t work. This may lead to thinking it’s scam site but it’s not. If they improved their communication, the customer experience would be 5/5. Overall quite happy with my order and would buy from Frequency store again.

I got an item that I had been eying up for some time on other sites, for a much better price on this site. I was hesitant due to the negative reviews, but they all seem very old. I ordered the item on Monday evening and it arrived on Thursday. The only strange thing was that I didn't receive any coms regarding item being shipped and expected delivery, but it was a nice surprise!

I am now concerned I've been scammed - ordered trainers over a week ago with no comms on arrival date or details from tracking. The email address they sent the order confirmation from and the info@ email they have on everything don't work/don't exist and no other contact details are available.

Purchased a Jacket, didn’t arrive when stated. Numerous attempts to find out where it is, they only replied once PayPal intervened.
Really poor
Will not use again.

Feel the need to review this here as the other reviews made me freak out thinking I was scammed. Order took about a month to get and didn’t receive any communication from store. It’s possible it was in spam files under a different name then my PayPal receipt had shown ( support at support shop or something like that…) Anyways I filed a dispute with PayPal after reading a bunch of negative reviews here and a day later package arrived. The post date shows it was shipped a few days after order was made so definitely not a scam site they just have a poor email system in place.
I felt sorry that I sent a dispute when they did actually ship my stuff, I have since canceled said dispute.
One last point I emailed them about my order issue and as of now I still have not gotten any reply’s, so take that as you will, LOL.

This is a scam site. I never received my order. I contacted customer service about my order/ refund but didn't get any response.

Think this is a scam site. Ordered trainers from here 6 weeks ago no sign of anything arriving. No replies to mails or phone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, FRAUDULENT & CLEARPAY DO NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING FOR YOU , THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!
ordered £135 Pair of trainers for a special present .
Never received them , sent 20 emails & made 5 calls ….. no response.

As for Clearpay they are not even covered under Financial Ombudsman, so no surprise there .
Taking this to Trading Standards, both companies are a joke .

I would like to know where my order is that I placed on 13th December 2020? Order Number 2667. Come on Frequencystore, now is the time to prove to your doubters that you do communicate with your customers. I very much look forward to hearing from you.

UPDATE: FREQUENCY STORE DID NOT RESPOND TO ANY MESSAGES BUT I GOT MY MONEY BACK VIA THE CHARGE BACK SCHEME AT MY BANK

Ordered a shirt from there website. Payment was taken but the shirt never arrived. Sent several emails but had no replies and also tried ringing the contact number given several times but never answered

Staff were very helpful in dealing with a problem on my side. Fast delivery and a great product, what else could you want.
